No beakfast required - got that at the beachfront. Room had great facilities - even toaster and microwave - and was super clean. 5 minutes walk to one of the greatest beaches in Phuket.

Great location. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff.

Location was close to the beach and nearby food stalls, 7-11 and markets. Laundry services nearby, motorbikes to rent, taxi services etc. Daily housekeeping, always stocked up on new bottles of water. Can easily arrange a tour or driver to take you wherever you need to go, reasonably priced too.

A little bit noisy at night, you can easily hear the bars and restaurants. Water pressure in the shower was not very good. Although the housekeeping was daily and the place was very clean, the bedsheets did have some stains on them.

Great location. Modern and stylish. Spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there. Fantastic, friendly owners who were ready and willing to help/advise about anything.

Spacious and clean apartment that feels like home. Shower amenities provided daily. Fridge, hot water, microwave available, plates and cutleries provided upon requests. Helpful and friendly landlord, husband and wife, who is also a tour agent so we could book attractions tickets and transport with them with discounts.

The shower head and heater are too high for me too reach! Seems like made for European height.. 😅 There is a sink but No dishwashing sponge. I'm sure can be provided upon request, though we didn't ask for it.

Hotel contact was available for our late arrival. As long as you note your are arriving late, someone will be present. Hotel staff was very helpful and was more focused on checking us into our room to rest after a late flight versus paying right there and now on the spot. We addressed the payment of our stay the following morning, greatly appreciated.

WiFi connectivity was a bit unstable. Connection would go down at night but it didn't affect our view and perception of the hotel itself. The hotel should get some door signs that indicate a "do not disturb" or "clean room later" request.
