the rooms are big, clean. bathrooms clean, location is great.

the picture misleades to think, you’re staying on the main street, when in fact the hotel is in a small side street, which for some reason gets very noisy in the morning. :) the main inconvieniece was with the fact, that this reservation was stated as pay at the property, but the host started to try charging my card 3 days prior. even though the conditions stated my card would be used for identifiaction only. ended up putting money on that card and paying in advance. a bit misleading. Otherwise an average hotel, for a slightly below average price.

Excellent location.. Lovely staff. Complementary water and coffee readily available. Thoughtful provision for smokers with an external courtyard. Very spick-and-span.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Hotel is very good located. Room, bathroom were very clean. Don't forget to book your parking spot: it is free. Very good idea: ask for the map of the city with the recommanded restaurants: very helpfull.

Excellent city centre location, beautiful theemed, large rooms, modern bathrooms. The vanity mirror was a nice touch. The continental breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Great coffee making facilities. Friendly and very helpful staff.

A healthier option for breakfast (fruit, yoghurt) would have been nice. The mattresses and pillows were a bit too soft. Maybe a memory foam topper?

The location, easy to get to and there was parking available. The room was clean.

We had breakfast at the hotel, but we were the only people there and it was serve yourself. The coffee machine did not work well, maybe because we didn’t know how to work it. There were no directions. The food was very good.

The check-in was smooth and friendly. The instructions and advive given were accurate and valuable. The location is excellent for getting around in the "altstadt".

Very friendly personnel, good organization regarding Covid, without sacrificing breakfast.

Garage access could be better described.
