Good comfortable bed. Nothing else.
B&B with no breakfast, nor offered any. No screens on the windows, which allowed bugs to get in. No hot water at all, cold showers only. Was advised to park on the main street in the middle of town, as this provided better security. Had to wait 45 mins to check in, and this was in the local diner. Bathroom was not situated in the room. Coffee and tea facilities not in the room. A totally dismal stay.

The bed was very comfy with lovely sheets - large TV in a separate lounge - this with the dining room and kitchen were shared areas.
Unfortunately our bathroom was separate to our bedroom - so not as private as we would have liked.
This was not the case for all the patrons.

Old world charm and real hospitality.
Nothing. Some will need to accept there are stairs and that it is an old building in the centre of town.

only thing i would suggest to make better would be to have a microwave in kitchen.

Loved the lounge - very comfortable especially to watch the Matildas win.
Some open shelves in the Kitchen would be good for finding tea etc. rather than under the bench in a cupboard.

i had booked this room two months before arriving and received updates confirming my booking. when i arrived i was told that my booking was never accepted and that booking.com should have told me. this clearly wasnt the case and i had to scramble to find a room 70 kms away at short notice.

There were some breakfast supplies in a well equipped kitchen. it was a welcome change from staying in a Motel. The bathroom and kitchen were all brand-new and super clean, we would stay there again and can highly recommend this apartment.
The rooms are on the upper floor, so there is a steep staircase to negotiate, but once upstairs it's all really beautiful.

Bed was comfortable
Bed and bathroom aren’t connected even though it says private bathroom. There’s no privacy going from bedroom to bathroom. Run more like a hostel than a bnb. There’s no breakfast unless you pay extra $20 each. Rooms on the small size. Long list of dos and don’ts made for an unwelcome welcome. The kitchen is a shared facility. There were no spoons supplied and very little cooking utensils supplied. Couldn’t find plates and only one saucepan. Greeting was, “here’s your key and make sure you remove your shoes”. There was no welcome information. Other guests escaped to their rooms and heard muttering about lack of tea/coffee facilities like enough mugs for everyone staying over. Might be historic but staff seemed to be disingenuous at best. The steps up to the apartment are very steep so getting bags up etc you need to watch your step.

The only problem was the noise from the cafe downstairs. Apart from that the stay was fantastic

Great Location. Needed anything only had to go next door. Luved the Style of the Furniture.

Front entrance was a beaten up door which was very off putting and wasn’t obvious.
25 steep steps to carry luggage up.
No toaster and no hair dryer and felt the shower area needed a screen to prevent the toilet getting wet from the spray.
Apart from the above we did enjoy our stay.

Location was good. Bed was fine.
25 stairs on arrival was a challenge for a person with hip problems and no prior warning given with booking. Broken front door did not give good initial impression. Sign at foot of stairs to take off shoes to climb stairs was a bit much. Ensuite bathroom was not, as it was down the corridor. Keys kept falling off keyring and locks were difficult to operate. Had to collect key from nearby cafee. On departure caffe was closed and no one to see our departure or give keys to.

Location was excellent. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped.
Lighting into the building is poor and could be improved.

The rooms were clean, the staff welcoming and it was just an easy stay without any problems. The beds were so comfortable as well.
