Our unplanned visit to Tasmania was due to the sudden passing of my father.
As this wasn't our first-stop over during our stay we were amazed at the value for money we got with our little cabin
It was cold outside..

Beautiful, peaceful with BBQs so we could cook our fish we caught in the estuary

Love the location and the cottage was clean. Good value for money. Will try one of the bigger cottages facing the water next time. Over all good
The receptionist was very nice.
These are not deal breakers but fixing would certainly be appreciated No towel rails so had no where to put clean clothes for after a shower and nowhere to hang the hand towel. The curtain across the bathroom entrance instead of a door was too long and nearly tripped me up a couple of times.
The TV remote barely worked and poor choice of channels e.g no ABC and SBS movie channel was unpredictable.

The property was well maintained and quiet.
My single night stay was a little expensive.

Great spot. Food at the local pub was also terrific. There was no accommodation in Launceston for one night so we took a lovely drive to the only room we could find, but it worked out great. Comfy bed so a good nights after a meal nearby.

Lovely cabin, very calm and quiet in the park. Comfortable bed for good night sleeping.

The heat pump didn’t work, so I got given x4 panel heaters to run. They didn’t quite cut it, and no discount offered. It seemed as though the surrounding bungalows were unattended also.

Great little stay in Beauty Point. The room was spacious and comfortable.
I must have misread the description as I was under the impression the laundry facility was inside the room, I’m actual fact it is a communal coin operated machine which I did not have coins for - so that may have just been my error!

very nice little bungalow, value for money and clean.

The place is clean & very spacious apartment for 4 of us. It has kitchen equipments to cook simple meals.
The bed is comfortable but the springs is too old so every little move will shake the other person sleeping next to you.

Beautiful quiet location. We had a waterfront 2 bedroom cabin called "Kookaburra". It was very clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately the waterview was hindered by the trees and did not get a very clear view of the water. The mattress was a bit hard for our liking.

Needs a few more basic kitchen utensils. The shower stall was developing a mouldy build up and needs a clean-up. A couple of ceiling fans would add to the comfort of guests.

Check-in was smooth, staff was friendly and cabins were nice and spacious
Although we booked waterfront but it was actually not, yeh we can see the lake bit further away but if this is waterfront then most properties in Tasmania are waterfront in someway :-)
