It had everything I needed, and it became a “home from home”. Nice and peaceful, and very comfortable. It’s the first time I’ve tried this type of accommodation rather than using an hotel, and I like it. Hopefully, I will come back sometime!

Two minor things. It would have been nice if the bedroom curtains were thicker to block out the light from the street lamp nearby. The wi-fi sometimes dropped out.

GREAT CENTRAL POINT FOR TYWYN, PLENTY OF PARKING, IDEAL FOR TWO PEOPLE + PET, HOST WERE FANTASTIC, VERY CLEAN AND TIDY, EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, WE WOULD RECOMEND IT LOVELY LITTLE COTTAGE TOO ANYONE

ONLY NIGGLE I HAD WAS THE HEATING BUTTON, I JUST DIDN'T HAVE THE KNACK, BUT MY WIFE SEEMED TO DO IT FINE WHICH I WAS REMINDED OF WITH LAUGHTER EVERY TIME

The property was in an excellent location for all my needs, especially the fish and chip shop! I enjoyed walking up and down the high street and going to the cinema. I volunteered each day on the Talyllyn Railway, and found the house location perfect for access to the railway. The parking was close and free, which was brilliant. The property itself was lovely and quaint and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Furthermore, the flexibility to accept a dog is something I may take advantage of in the future. I shall certainly be staying here again in the future!

There was only a limited amount of cutlery in the draw, not enough to use and fill the dishwasher, so more cutlery would be useful. There was an odd smell immediately when you entered the front door. You would only smell it for a second but it was definitely there. I looked around to try and find its source but did not find anything obvious. I would appreciate being given a few more towels, or perhaps have some spares stored in the wardrobe, because with just a bath and hand towel this was not really sufficient to have a body and hair towel, hand towel for the bathroom and hand towel for kitchen. Finally, there were no oven gloves which meant I had to be a bit inventive with a jumper to remove anything from the oven. These are only minor things and would make the visit upgrade from Superb to Exceptional, but most definitely will not discourage me from staying again!
