Bright and airy, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Great “home” away from home. Park your car and walk into town for dining, shopping and lovely views of the water.

Our stay at this home was wonderful! We had everything we needed and itwas very comfortable. You cannot ask for a better location! If you get a chance go hiking on Monhegan Island and for a high-end dinner go to The Thistle Inn where we celebrated a birthday.

This spacious little cottage was filled with everything you would need to insure a wonderful stay. There is attention to detail and comfort in every area. The location is perfect and parking is never a problem. We look forward to another visit with them in the future.

We loved this roomy apartment located just a block from the harbor. Deanne and Dave were great hosts. When we arrived we very quickly realized that there was a major problem with the refrigerator, as it was making very loud and annoying noises, which was later diagnosed as a failed bearing in the compressor. Our hosts handled the problem as efficiently as possible, and managed to replace the refrigerator the very next day, which was much appreciated.

Nice property with lots of space for 2. Everything needed was provided and very thoughtfully decorated and detailed. Located in the middle of the town so easy walking to all amenities and restaurants. Would definitely visit again!

My husband and I thankfully were able to book this property a week and a half before we were to travel, and we were glad that we did! The Captain’s Quarters one-bedroom apartment is quite clean, has wood floors (no carpeting), and does include the main necessities for cooking in the kitchen. We appreciated the lovely bathroom, the use of the washer and dryer, and king-sized pillows on the comfortable queen bed. The location is wonderful, creating an easy walk to the downtown shops and restaurants. The inclusion of parking with this booking was very useful as well, especially since we left on day trips to explore Freeport and the Pemaquid Point Light House! The owners do live on site, are very friendly, and take great care in maintaining their property! We hope to return to Boothbay Harbor in the future!

This cute in-town apartment more than met my expectations. Everything was super clean and fresh. The space was large and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to pick up morning coffee and croissants that we ate dockside. A number of restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and well stocked apartment including washer and dryer, essential for a 10 day stay as ours. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and close enough for short trips to nearby places. everyone was so helpful and friendly. This is definitely the place to be.

This home had everything we needed: great location, really nice and comfy decorating, well stocked kitchen, one parking space, a little yard for sitting and relaxing and so close to lots of fun things to do in Boothbay Harbor! We will be back!

Very convenient location for exploring the Boothbay region. Apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. David and Deanna were great, responded quickly to questions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is super clean and Deanne and Dave are fantastic hosts. The location is great and very close to many restaurants and shops. We really liked our reserved parking spot next to our door. And Dave brought us fresh cooked lobsters from his boat!

Couldn’t think there would be a better place to stay in BBH. Comfortable, everything you need, right in town so dinner can be out or we stopped by Eventide one night for amazing pasta fixings at the house. Went all over coastal Maine with this as a fabulous place to come home to every night. Will recommend it to everyone! Thanks!

This is a gem! We loved the location of this one bedroom cottage/apt. that was within walking distance to the harbor, shops and restaurants. We also had a reserved parking space right at our door. Beautiful decorating and special touches throughout!! Deanne and David were there to answer questions when needed. We hope to return again.

If you're wanting seclusion and a view, this isn't the place for you. BUT.......this is the place for you if you are wanting......convenience, very nice apartment and very nice landlords, this is it. This apartment is located one block from the a street of shops! 2 blocks from the main street and 3 short blocks from the piers in Boothbay Harbor, ME. With this being all within walking distance, it saves you parking fees and searching for places to park. The owners of the apartment live just across a drive and are very accommodating, never intrusive, but there for you when needed. David is a lobersterman and will sell you fresh lobster he has just caught that day (very inexpensive) steamed and ready to enjoy. There is a parking lot adjacent to the apartment, but we didn't find this a problem. Our parking spot was right at our door and ALWAYS available. The apartment is very well furnished with so many things you'll need during your stay. Everything is in excellent condition. One little side comment, there's a large room with a washer and dryer, small table and chairs. This room was perfect for storing your luggage, etc., keeping your other rooms free of clutter. Also, a comfortable recliner which was wonderful for my bad back! I highly recommend this apartment,

My husband and I spent 4 nights in Boothbay Harbor in this great one bedroom house a block from the wharf. Everything was new, clean and bright and I loved the quilt on the wall. It's an easy walk to the shops and restaurants along the wharf with live music and a friendly atmosphere. If you have time to go exploring a bit this makes a great base for adventures into neighboring areas. We are already discussing a return visit.

My husband and I spent 5 days here. 2 blocks to the center of Boothbay Harbor - Quiet at night - Perfectly outfitted and sparkling clean. We loved the little porch. An excellent choice for a stay in BBH! Only thing that is not mentioned is that there are cars parked on the property. Not an issue at all to us but was a surprise.

My husband and I just returned from our vacation along the Maine coast and spent four nights in charming Boothbay Harbor at this lovely downtown apartment. The unit is spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a seafaring Maine flavor. We loved being so close to the shops and the harbor and the owners were friendly and welcoming with great suggestions for places to eat and visit. We are already talking about when we might return to this beautiful area and we would definitely stay here again.

We were the first guests to stay in this one bedroom apartment, although the owners have been renting a similar but smaller apartment above this new one. We were grateful for the owners flexibility in allowing us to stay as they finalized the fit out of their new rental. This did not affect our stay and we benefited as everything was sparkling new. The cottage is within a two minute walk from town, so centrally located but quite and provides convenient parking. The hosts were engaging and responded quickly to any questions we had, they also provided lots of advice about local attractions and places to eat. We would highly this property and would stay there again ourselves.

My husband and I stayed at this unit over Memorial Day week-end. We have been vacationing in this area for years and have found that we most enjoy staying right in the harbor area. The restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. The unit was even better than indicated by the listing. The unit is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for any meal if you wish to cook. The owner put a lot of love and attention into this unit and it shows. The owner was available and very informative for any questions that we had. I hope to be back again soon and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the harbor area.
