Разположен е на 50 метра от центъра на Никити, от плажната алея с всички ресторанти и магазинчета и на 20 метра от плажа с безплатни шезлонги и чадъри за гостите. Далеч от шумотевицата, удобно легло с хубав матрак , страхотна гледка от терасата, има паркинг. Благодарим на домакинята за гостоприемството, усмихната и ни посрещна много топло. Всяка година сме в Никити, харесва ни спокойствието. При следващо плануване на почивка , ако има налични свободни стаи - отново бихме гостували там.

4 people and one roll of toilet paper for 3 day stay😂It is not much of a big deal, but please, you would not get richer if you leave more so your guests do not go around markets to buy.

Large and comfortable apartment right in front of the sea with free sunbeds and umbrella. Very nice host, Magda tells you everything you need to know. Around are pastry shop, mini-market, restaurant. It's a very good choice for staying in Nikiti close to the beach.

The apartment is noisy, not necessary from the restaurant near by if you're not the type that goes to bed at 22:00. But you can hear very well the noise from the other apartments in the building especially from bathroom/toilet.

Clean apartment, great location, the host is friendly and helpful. You have everything you need in a walking distance.

The apartments are situated in front of the beach and had its own umbrellas and sunbeds. Close by there are couple of resturants and shops. The apartment was really clean and had the necessities. Тhe owner was very kind

The warm and friendly welcome from the owner, super location close to beach and restaurants / cafes, private parking place, everything was super

The restaurant nearby is a bit loud, but that's the price being next to it (was very tasty though)

The room was great and the location is perfect! You have everything you need in the room- it is cosy and clean. The beach is literally 2min waking and there are many taverns in a walking distance too. Still, the rooms are in a quiet street. The view from the balcony in amazing and our host was very sweet, nice and friendly!

The mattress are not super comfortable
