We stayed two days the owner kindly picked us up from the station which was a great help He situated us in a flat with a locked bedroom with bathroom and shared kitchen facities The room was rather small and bathroom very basic and we made use of the kitchen for our breakfast the following day Later he called us to indicated that there was a mistake and that a whole group was taking over the flat we were in and he was offering us another flat on the floor above. We arranged to meet and we were installed in a new room and flat which in fact was much better all round than the first which we were very pleased with It had a little balony which over looked the city however the maid indicated the kitched was not available for use but she did prodived wine glasses coffe mugs and a hot water kettle.

Natasha was very nice and accommodating. She was very thorough and helpful from check-in all the way through my trip. The room was as expected , modern and clean. No AC or Fan but I didn't ask for one as it was fine even during summer where just can open the window and feel the breeze. Two thumbs up.

The street could get a bit noisy as it is just across the historical theater, People are happy to talk outside during the summer, just chit chatting and if you are sensitive to noise when you sleep, then i advise you to bring some ear plugs. Other than that, all is manageable.

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from the city square, and the view from the balcony is just amazing. The room was spacious and clean, it had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Very good location, few minutes from the city centre and main sightseeing points. Spacious room, nicely arranged. Shared bathroom but very clean and no issue with other guests.

Natasha was an excellent host, and even took in my luggage before check-in time so I could explore. She was very welcoming and made sure I was happy with everything. The accommodation was very comfortable with a lovely view.
