Lots of games, wifi, blankets, indoor and outdoor fires. Great location near the heart of Coles Bay and a couple of k's from the National Park. Great views of the Hazards out of the kitchen window. Someone has put a lot of thought into making sure the cottage is very comfortable, and homely, for families.

A few of the electric blankets did not have functioning screens, annoying but not a big issue.

Under better conditions the property would have been a comfortable place to stay. It had a well appointed kitchen, had a good bathroom and great fireplace with wood available.

Unfortunately there was a significant plumbing/septic tank leak making it impossible to stay in any comfort due to overwhelming odour in bedrooms and laundry/toilet.

this area font have sewerage rather having tank, which at some times stinks. this is with all properties around it seems.

Location was central to most areas

Shower pressure was very poor and washing machine is awful. Other than that is was a pretty good place to stay

No kindling matches or fire starters. Had to go to shops to get some. Range hood so full of grease had to take off filter and clean it. BBQ was filthy. Dust on everything. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with our stay.
