The house is on a hill overlooking the surrounding vineyards, a wonderful place.
The device has an ancient style, it is magical.
The owners are very nice, they communicate with you even before your arrival and help you navigate the way.
Lots of storage space. A large bathroom with a washing machine.
Surroundings suitable for cycling.
The house has no balconies. But there are more options around the house where you can sit.
If you don't want to hear a rooster and a donkey early in the morning, you'd better close your windows and turn on the air conditioner.

Everything. This was probably the most relaxing place I've ever stayed. The owners are lovely, friendly and helpful and make you very welcome. The apartment was clean, spacious and very rustic, but with great beds, toiletries and everything else to keep up with modern living.
Then there is the garden, the outdoor areas to sit, eat, drink and chat. Chickens, the donkey and on this occasion....puppies. Our wee boy had a brilliant time in the little shed, swings and generally running around with the animals.
Location is 10 mins from the big towns (Vittorio Veneto and Conegliano) and bang in the middle of the wine region. There are two good wineries 5 mins walk either side of the house. Valdobbiadene is 45 mins away so the whole region is close by.

Have stayed in this agriturismo for about a week several times now and it had always been a pleasure. the lovely house, beautiful location, and the friendly hosts Carlo and Valentina make me want to come back soon again.

The location was absolutely beautiful - surrounded by mountains and grapevine covered hills - no noisy trucks or cars - just grapevine covered hills - very peaceful and thanks to the GPS very easy to find.
Everything was good and the hostess even invited us to join her and her friends for a picnic - though we did not speak Italien, most everyone spoke enough English and we all had a great time.

The location is beautiful, immersed in the nature and the vineyards. Great area with chicken, plants and a small playground for children. Very good price/value relation. Hosts very nice.
Although breakfast was not available because of COVID, we would have liked to have some fresh eggs or other local goodies like a handmade jam or ... a bottle of prosecco! :)

Agriturismo Le Spezie has an excellent location among beautiful wineyards. The view is breath-taking especially from the bedrooms! There is a spacious covered terrace where you can have dinner or breakfast. The house itself is clean and tidy and the kitchen is well-equipped.
The whole space has a very nice atmosphere.

Though it was an antique house, it was nicely remodeled and very comfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive, and my family really enjoyed the place including prosecco hills, cute animals and splendid lakes.

Great Apartment with lots of space to enjoy the amazing lanscape of the prosecco region. The lovely hosts are very helpful and you have many cute animals around :) Definitely worth a stay.

Apartment well furnished and equipped. This is a wonderful place with mountains views, in the middle of the hillside vineyards of the authentic Prosecco DOCG area. We stayed there to relax with the family while doing smart working. The kids loved this farm stay and we managed to work, relax and having superb local food and wine. The hosts were amazingly kind and welcoming. The pets too, especially the dog Palma and the donkey.

Very friendly and helpful hosts (who are never far away to help) with useful local tips for sights and eating out. Nice location with great views, comfortable rooms and useful kitchen facilities for cooking at the accommodation. Well kept little garden in front of the building with some animals - great for young children. Given that there are several apartments, it may be suitable for larger groups or families wanting to stay close together. Close to the hills (Prosecco route) and mountains (Dolomites/Alps) but also to nice smaller towns and even the coast. Good and cheap train connections from Conegliano (Treviso, Venice). We already miss the views and Marietto (the kitten) and Palma (the friendliest dog who will sleep curled up in front of the front door and greet you every morning). Good value for money! Lots of surprising discoveries for lovers of nature, culture and/or good food and wine.
Some apartments not equipped with mosquito nets (although anti-mosquito plugs in ample supply).

- Such a nice cat, dog, chickens and donkey. Ok, the donkey was a bit grumpy now and then.
- We stayed here during a rainy day, enough options to sit dry and enjoy the views
- Some of the equipment is a bit outdated
- Airco in the kitchen instead of the bedroom
