Ar condicionado não estava funcionando bem, quarto duplo com apenas 1 sabonete e 1 toalha de banho. O café da manhã também poderia ter mais opções.

Tamanho e limpeza do quarto.
CAFÉ DA MANHÃ MUITO BOM, SUPEROU AS EXPECTATIVAS PORQUE TINHA OPÇÃO SEM GLUTEN E LACTOSE, ALÉM DE SUCO VERDE NATURAL.
1 - A ducha do banheiro demorava muito para aquecer e não aquecia muito.
2 - A iluminação com luz branca fria que, além de estar pouca, a cor é péssima. Esperava uma luz mais aconchegante e neutra.

Very helpful staff, location is good - right at the city entrance and with bars/restaurants close by. The room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel looks nice, it was god to have a garage to leave the car overnight. We are a family, so it was good to have rooms connected in the hotel, that was a great plus. The breakfast was good, we enjoyed. Recommended.

Location and breakfast was great. Some of the staff were very friendly.
Room was directed at the afternoon sun. Bathroom didn’t have curtains so when I opened the window mosquitoes were coming in. Shower was overflowing and grout was dirty.

Breakfast was nice, met my expectation. The check in and out was very faster. the bed quality was great.
The room was clean but sheets was very dirty. We removed it. Later the bathroom was missing towels and toilet paper. When I called, they asked me to go there to get it.

Due to Covid-19, the staff did not clean the room.

Excellent location, the hotel looks pretty new, rooms are very good spacious and clean.

The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean, so one does not feel claustrophobic in there. The mattress is good and there are side tables and bedside reading lamps. The internet works well. Sanitary measures against covid 19 are respected.
It seems the hall of entrance was being remodeled, looked nice when I left
First time in that hotel and I was a bit frustrating because my reservation indicated a room with "city view", but I got a room in the second floor with no city view at all. It would be nice to have in the room two chairs (not only one), since a couple could use the desk at same time instead of taking turns to work or to eat. Although there is a good shopping mall a few blocks away from the hotel, the hotel is far from downtown
