We don’t like the people on the hotel

What i really liked about this hotel is that there are a ton of activities to do and the day does not repeat itself.

Old furniture number of the staff is small vs to the guest the are not enough but they try to do their best

Excellent range of food Several swimming pools The parkland offer a taxi service which is amazing. Saves you getting ripped off by local taxis.

We stayed at the Aqua park (same resort) and found this was a little shabby compared to the Parklands hotel. The rooms are adequate but dated. This didn't bother us as the hotel does offer fab pools and food.

Everything was amazing specially Engy from guest relation. She is very helpful, and friendly. I like to thank her very much. the room was so clean with, the wonderful view. Everything was pleasant.

Property is quite good aqua park is amazing The room is very clean and comfortable. I would like to thank Miss Angy for her support and amazing response. She really helped me during my stay. Food was good cleaning was good, stuff was very helpful

The swimming pool is very small compare to the guests.

Nice buffet Aqua Decent staff.. except some of the BBQ cheifs they seemed very Wierd.. Staring for no reason as if they said go away 🤣🤣even ibefore u ask any thing 🤣It was a funny issue to talk about... I had to tough my voice so they adjust their way...😅😅They attitude looks dumb but funny .. Thx for the aqua team they are good.. Except the young one at the kids slide.. He was in another planet... The theater was perfect.. The night show was very nice.. All in all The staff are kind.. Again Special Tx for Ms. Enji, Mr Ahmed, Kareem and hashim

Really we spent a fun and perfet trip we are all have fun there.the hotel is very clean also rooms ,food is Very good and excellent taste variety in all meals had fruits and delicious desert., snakes are so good including ice cream.staff very decent. Acua games so excited and funny , all are working and safe and new there is 3 aqua adult and children and kids..place of hotel is very good near naama bay..both beach for hotel are far to hotel 15 min with shuttle bus or by your own car.one of them for snorkeling and the other is sand beach in bay you can swim in it with your kids its safe ..specail thanks for mr ahmed and ms nourhan ..also hotel had free wifi and free car park.pools is good.hotel had own theaters for night party

Rock Beach

Plenty of entertainment, brilliant facilities and great location. The staff were all exceptionally helpful. Especially Mariam on the reception, Saeed the pool manager, Ahmed who supervised the children’s pool and our little girl loved splashing, Kareem and Bassam on the pool bar, Amjad on the Aqua park pool bar and Ahmed in the dining area. Thank you for all making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable. We will be back again.

beach 15 min from the hotel by bus they stole the sunglasses at the restaurant and they can not check the camera because it is not working

Indeed it is one of the best hotel i have visited, you will feel it starting from the time you will meet at reception particulary if you meet Mrs. Mariam, she will do her best to remove any obstecals that you might face Upon Resturant , Swimming Pools and their night programs actually wounderful I would like to extend my staying for many weeks as i enjoyed so mush from all services that i already met at the Hotel Also i would to submit my greatful to them Engr. Sharl

Amazing hotel, very modern property, alot of facilities. Very clean

This hotel was excellent value for money! There was a big range of food, except towards the end of the 7 days it got repetitive. The lunch and dinner was very fresh and tasty! The room was huge and was cleaned every day. The reception staff and bar staff were amazing, and constantly gave us drinks if they saw we had finished our old drinks. Anytime we had an issue, the reception would send somebody to fix it straight away.

The breakfast foods were a little bit weird and I didn't like it very much. The food got repetitive towards the end but otherwise everything else was amazing!
