Villa Fasol is the quintessential of the boutique hotel you get undevided attention and individialized service. I loved everything of the place. The view from my room was just unbelievable, very quite and full of light. Service was great and Funy did everything to make my stay just perfect. Would come back anytime

Yes the place need some renovation but who cares when u r in paradise who cares?

No restaurant , no gate staff, it was like a Air B&B.

The staff was wonderful. The view was the best possible. A little remote if you don't want to travel to town for dinner but a cheap and 10 minute drive fills the gap. Have stayed at other resorts (Dreams and Secrets) this is a totally different experience and one I much prefer. Quiet and intimate.

The internet in the room was spotty however in the lounges it was fine.

The property is 10 minutes out of town. Both a pro and a con.

Fanny & Fernando excellent. Always helpful. 1 of your airport transfers included( to or from). Felt friendly. Location of room with a view. Breakfast included.

Staff not wearing mask. Water needed turned up or on, cold showers for a few days. Trying to get housekeeping time consistent.

Not an all day room service/food provider. Limited hours on food. But they accommodate in placing delivery from outside sources.

The location is lovely, but it would have been better if we could enter at the gate below our room instead of the front gate.

The hotel is tired and needs maintenance, especially in the bathroom (taps etc.) Food choice a bit limited at breakfast

I had my reservation for July 19 to the 23 of july. I had to checkout on the 20th bc my mother became gravely ill and consequently passed away on the 22 of july. The staff at Villas Fa Sol told me they did understand my problem and will give me credit for the remaining days of my reservation. Well so far staff has not answered my phone calls, not even send me an email, remained silent till this day. I contact Booking.com customer service, but without success. I am very disappointed and will take a loss of 400.00 dlls just bc neither Villas Fa Sol or Booking.com will not helped me at all. I will cancel all of my future reservations and close my account at Booking.com Customer Service really a 😞

View, peaceful location, cleanliness, breakfast, pool.

A very relaxed atmosphere. Quiet and peaceful. I was looking for a place away from the crowds and party scene. The beach was small but perfect for me.

The only down side was there was no dinner service. But it was easy to take a taxi into town . Only 5 min commute.
