The hoster is an amazing person. She is super kind and helped us quickly in everything. The place is nice, and comfortable. The fireplace created very happy mood. Kids loved to play in the snow. Basically we liked a lot the place and we will come back for sure during the summer.

The mattresses were not very good. For those like me that has spine problems it's a bit unpleasant.

The chalet inside was well equipped and warm! * Booking should correct the date : we stayed one night only in a chalet we didn't choose via booking.... The next day we left to a different place ( you can Check the dates through your website )

The fact I booked something and I found out that was a different thing..not the same chalet I was expecting which leaded us to leave the next day (I booked 3 nights but I spent just one night in a bad mood and confused).. The family talked to booking in order to pay a refund...the same night the refund was paid but again taken from my account after we left.. Hilarious how booking.com are taking bad decisions and don't even check the availability of the accommodations or even their rates! We encounter many difficulties because what we booked was already sold out but the website didn't know that... Also the amount difference wasn't settled and discussed in a better way. Booking has to understand that they don't make favor to us as clients. When dealing with a similar situation you need a training how to carry it out... I drove from Paris to Poland and I just needed to relax in an ondependant accommodation I wanted it based on your pictures and descriptions provided .... It's not about money but principals!

Super friendly and very flexbile staff. Nice garden around the cottage and playground for kids. Cottage is warm and cozy.

Simple coffee machine would be useful as pretty much standard in Poland.

Quiet, relaxing, clean and view. And good value for money.

Stairs in the Challet not restraints. Washroom for bath should be in the upstairs floor not ground (suggestion).
