Na duży na pewno plac zabaw dla dzieciaków oraz pokój zabaw w restauracji, super opcja. Oczywiście również na duży plus pomocny personel, pyszne śniadania oraz strefa wellness z bardzo eleganckim basenem, jacuzzi oraz saunami. Mega super klimat. Ogólnie odczucia jak najbardziej pozytywne. Rodzina zadowolona. Na pewno wrócimy.

Średnio ciepła woda pod prysznicem w apartamencie. Jednak to mały szczegół przy całości.

SPA there is amazing and Sauna good too, Massage lady Annya is excellent professional, probably she is the only reason if I come back to Dimond Apparthotel. Staff in reception & Spa is very nice and supportive!

Well... Lets start from Elevator is disappointed us from day one its not going to floor 2 from inside, simply botton is now working. Instructions about floors and room numbers are mistaken too. Inside room only temperature controler is AC which is drying air crazy time, sure there are no humidifiers. inside kitchen there is a carpet which is lossing hair like old dog we simply put it out. Breakfast overall is good but day to day its jumping from 2 to 4 stars..., but staff is good & supportive! Jakuzzi water look like it there not changed in weeks...

Jacuzzi tubs need to be clean and fixed. One of the tub wasn't working, Charges were fair when we booked in euros, but conversion was bad. We were overcharged, and staff couldn't explain why, so better always pay in Polish currency

We really enjoyed our cstay in hotel. Furniture was new, rooms very clean, we had wellness included in the price of room. Everything was new and very tidy. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of food to select from so everyone can enjoy. Nice indoor and outdoor playground for children and very kind massage woman. We can only recommend to everyone seeking a stay in Bialka.

We liked everything, for family stay location is great. You have equipped kitchenette in the apartment, that gives possibility to prepare smth for a child, we’ve got baby feeding chair from the host, location is simply perfect — away from a noisy road, with great playground for children and relax zone for adults, but at the same time in the heart of the village (5min walk to big supermarket, 20min walk to thermal spa aqua complex, 5-15 walk to different restaurants on the main street etc). Indoor children play room is also available. Apart of the above, positive is that the apart hotel has restaurant available for breakfast-lunch-dinner. And has small spa area with saunas and jacuzzi on the territory, which is cool to jump into and relax.

We really liked everything. Possible area of improvement: better ventilation/or air conditioner in the room where there is no window/access for fresh air (we’ve rented 2-bedroom apt with separate kitchen-living room area). But it’s up for the host to decide. Overall our expectations correspond to price-quality.

Great hotel. The room was nice and huge. The staff was very helpful. Great relaxation area on the ground floor. Pretty tasty breakfasts

Construction area is located right nearby. The location is not the best, but taking into account the town (or village) is very small - it doesn't really matter
