Very central

Fantastic place in the old part of Tivoli. Large rooftop-terrace, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen and, last but not least, a friendly and helpful host. And even though you are in the center of the town, this is a quiet place!

Not much. You just need to be aware that the apartment is on the third floor and there's no elevator. So if you have trouble lifting heavy suitcases up three flights of stairs, this is not the place for you. Also the arrival by car is a bit complicated. While you can drive all the way to the apartment on open streets, you will need to be vary careful not to enter the zona traffico limitato, which would become a costly mistake.

this was a fabulous introduction to Tivoli….10-15 minute walk from the train station so very handy to visit Rome and also Florence but having done that I’d prefer to go back and spend a little more time just staying around Tivoli. Alessia & Pietro we’re delightful hosts and spent a long time sharing information when we arrived. my son and I enjoyed our short time there and would love to return. thank you.

comfortable and convenient.we rented both apartments for 6 adults. They had everything we needed, and were right at the edge of the historic center. Not luxurious, but very comfortable: just what we wanted! Also, we were delighted to discover Tivoli, which is really worth a good visit!

Unloading and loading the car was very inconvenient.

We stayed in Domus Aefula for 3 nights recently. The hosts Pietro and Alessia met us and were very informative with regards to the apartment and the local area, they were very helpful. The 2nd floor apartment itself was very clean, spacious well equipped for longer stays. Beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent only a 2 min walk to the centre of Tivoli old town with lots of cafes restaurants and shops. i would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Fantastic location within the old town. The apartment was superb and well equipped. Our host gave us a detailed briefing about the town and local attractions. He was quite right in suggesting we were trying to do too much in our brief stay and we abandoned some of our plans - but only until next year!

Perfect place to stay in Tivoli. Clean, big, well equipped, comfortable and in a very convenient location. We absolutely loved staying here - didn’t want to leave!
