Staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful! They upgraded us to the sea view bungalow from garden view which was just awesome. We were able to see the sunrise and chill at night on the patio having beer. One of the lady gave us lots of fruits and coconut cake. At night, we found cockroaches in bathroom and told the girls at the front desk. They did not hesitate to catch and released in their garden and apologised us. We spent a whole time really happy. Takao bar just next door has really nice Thai food too!

Great little resort, nice pool, beautiful beach, super friendly staff. The family rooms are very spacious, with nice big balconies. Every evening the gorgeous Hornbill birds arrived. The low tide is nice to explore, with hundreds of crabs, and even sea stars. Was a magical stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is so nice and welcoming, the food was amazing and we even came back for breakfast the day after checking out. The beach bungalow was amazing for the sunrise view. We had one with 2 fans and it wasn’t too hot at night for us. I’d give 9,5/10! Would definitely come back if we travel in Thailand again in the future.

The beds are quite hard, which isn’t uncommon for SE Asia. The bungalows would be perfect if the mattress was more comfy. Also, the resort is a bit far from the center so you need a scooter or taxi to go shop or try other restaurants. That wasn’t a very big deal for us because we liked the ride and views, plus motorbikes are available on site so can’t complain!

Quiet and beautiful location within walking distance to a little village. Stunning bay and sunrise view - sunrise definitely should not be missed. Lovely breakfast on site. Moped rental and tour booking on site - we booked a fantastic private, long boat trip. We rented bikes for a day to explore, the island is so clean and beautiful - this was definitely a highlight. We took a short walk (approx 1 km) each evening down to a little village for dinner and drinks. Roads were quiet and safe to walk along.

We had booked 2 rooms as we are a family of 4, on arrival we were told that the rooms were not beside each other. We then had to pay to upgrade for 2 rooms beside each other. When leaving during the day there is no option to leave the AC on in the room unless you leave the key in the room and the door open. With the humidity it made the rooms quite uncomfortable on return as they took a while to cool down. As per previous reviews there is only beer and soft drinks available to purchase so if you want other options bring them with you; there is a fridge in the room. The swimming pool is a salt water pool and is not chilled so we only used it once.

We had a Seaview bungalow with fan only. Basic accommodation, fantastic views, food at the Bungalows was so cheap and amazing as was drinks, they sorted massages out for us as well. Pool on site, friendly family run place, no frills, but will be back!

Hard bed

it was convenient to have the restaurant right there and it was actually really quite good. The man that was there was very helpful with arranging transportation and anything else that I needed. I the air conditioning worked really well at the room was nice. it was close to Island Yoga, which was helpful for taking classes.

The beds were so hard, but I’d stacked up a few comforters, and it helped.

Great pool and beautiful garden

Shower head at about chest height makes it a funny ordeal to wash hair. It would be nice if one of the bungalow lights was soft glow instead of all bright lights.

The location on the beach is very nice. The staff was helpful in getting transportation. The room was quiet for sleeping. The shower had hot water.

The pool was not clean so we did not use it during our 4 day stay. The internet connection was slow and needs an update. The restaurant was not a good value as it was pricey and dishes were small. 100 the for a fruit plate is too much.

Its right on the beach, you can organise everything through Bao; boat trips, mopeds, taxi to the pier, laundry. The on-site restaurant is very good, awesome food.

The location was perfect, food was okay, you can rent motorbikes from the hotel and also arrange all taxis.

The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Hard as a rock. When the tide is low, there is no water near the beach, be aware of that

We had a bungalow with fan right by the beach. Beautiful beach and great sea view. The pool is only a few steps away, if you wish to swim during low tide.

It would have been nice to have some softer chairs to sit on at the balcony; the chairs are very hard and not so comfortable.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! Bungalows clean and well maintained. Good food at the restaurant as well.

Wish the bathroom had a partition to divide shower compartment from rest of the bathroom bc whole bathroom gets wet after taking a shower.

You would ideally need transport from this location to get around the island.

Good location. However difficult to go around the island, if you don't run scooter. Property rents bicycles, scooters. I took for 1 night sea view bungaloo-it was excellent. There is as well swimming pool in area. And the restaurant they have serves delicious food for better prices than outside. And I took a boat trip shared with 2 nice couples from hotel. So we each paid around 550bht where water and fruits were included for the day. It was a very nice trip and boat man was super nice. Definitely recommended to take one.

Well the main guy who shows rooms and accepts payments could be more tolerant - the energy vibe wasn't that pleasant. But owners are very nice. And kitchen stuff too. Nothing big to complain about.
