The host has thought of everything you could need! The bed was extremely comfortable..my husband likes a firm mattress & I prefer medium and we both slept well. The breakfast was superbe. The location was good. We would definitely return.

Beautiful outbuilding where the rooms are, fantastic location within Painswick. Made-to-order breakfast which was spectacular. Wonderful, more than helpful hosts. If you’re lucky, you’ll get acquainted with their three beautiful dogs too.

We only stayed one night, and it was a last minute booking for new year's eve, so we loved the price for the night! The annex is a lovely place, very cozy and has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and bedroom is comfortable and clean. There was parking available which was great.

I would have liked a bath with a shower over head but that is only personal preference and for only one night it didn't matter!

Everything! Denise was absolutely brilliant - she was so organised and friendly. Our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We had a coffee making machine, biscuits etc. Also a fridge and choice of drinks. Plus extra loo paper (which can sometimes be a problem when you have to ask for it) Had a good choice at breakfast and everything was well cooked and presented. We would visit again without any hesitation. Thank you Denise for a very memorable stay.

Well stocked annexe that was comfortable and met all of our needs. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful.

Denise made sure that the stay was comfortable for our infant son which was our top priority for this trip to UK. She upgraded us to the Annex which was perfect for a family with an infant. All the requested food items for our son were provided with the breakfast. Our breakfast was AMAZING. We are a well travelled family and never had such omelette 👏🏼👏🏼 Denise went above and beyond as our host :)

Variety of choices for breakfast, nicely presented. Very comfortable room equipped with everything you could wish for during an overnight stay. Quiet convenient location with easy to access parking.

The hostess was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. She even made my hot chocolate in a velvetiser with the chocolate powder i had brought with me, instead of asking me to do it myself! The room was picture perfect and was very comfortable too. Great location for our cotswolds way walk.

the wi-fi in the room was very poor, i needed to get to the courtyard to get any decent signal. but then, should i be checking the internet while on holiday is another matter!

The room was really clean and comfortable with a lot of 'coffee tea and also an honesty bar fridge (nice touch at reasonable prices) ... good shower room etc... would definitely recommend and come again if we are staying in the area.. we turned up a lot earlier than expected and were welcomed nevertheless... breakfast lovely but possibly a little on the large side ... (not sure if that is a criticism or not !!)... not

Denise is a lovely host. She could make arrangements for early check-in and kindly welcomed us. The studio is clean and very well-equipped. The region is beautiful.

Very warm welcome and great hospitality. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed - including a fridge with an honour bar.

They have been having problems with the wifi signal so we didn’t have wifi in the bedroom (which is in an annex behind the main building). But they were happy for us to come into the main building to use the wifi when we needed it.

Ample delicious breakfast. Perfect location worth every penny

The property was extremely homely and all the staff very friendly and accommodating. once we fax the keys, we were Fred to come and go at leisure.
