Sehr ruhige Lage in den Weinbergen. Zimmer (Komfort) war sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Check-In war unkompliziert; ebenso der Check-Out. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Sehr schöne Lage in den Weinbergen, ebenso wie Ausstattung und Sauberkeit und sehr freundliche Gastgeber.
Das spezielle Zimmer - sehr geräumige im Erdgeschoss - hatte allein den Nachteil, dass es direkt zum Parkplatz und Eingang gelegen war und eine automatische Lichtanlage das Zimmer bei jeder Bewegung draußen in helles Licht flutete. Lösung: Rolladen herunter lassen - allerdings nichts für diejenigen, wie uns, die gerne morgens von Licht und Sonne geweckt werden.

The proprietors were friendly and welcoming.
The accommodation was clean, spacious and comfortable.
The breakfast was good. Plenty of good fresh food and beverages available.
There is the possibility to enjoy a wine tasing session and there is wine for sale!
The location was a little remote but fine if you have your own transport.
It is not possible to get an evening meal at the property.
This makes it difficult if you do not have your own transport as the nearest restaurant is quite a distance away, particularly if it is raining or cold weather.

Very heartfelt, family owned, cozy location surrounded by vineyards. The view from the bedroom facing Rhine river was awesome, the breakfast including eggs from own breed delicious.

Lovely friendly hosts. Breakfast Superb. Beautiful location with amazing views down to the Rhine.

Breakfast buffet was good with nice selection of cheeses, cold meat and bread. Coffee was also excellent. The location is perfect for hikers, directly near the wine fields. The family hosts of the Winegut were super friendly and make us feel extremely welcome. We purchased many bottles of their award winning wine.

Hans-Norbert Bed-and-Breakfast is very good. It is just half a mile from the small town of Hallgarten, going up on a low-grade hill. You have to have a car to get to the Property, this small village is not served by train.
We loved the view of the wineries from our 2nd-floor room, as the property overlooks the Rhein valley.
The owners are winemakers, and you can buy/taste their very good white wines.
For relaxing and biking around it is an excellent place. And Hans-Norbert, the owner, is very helpful and emphatic. The owner´s English proficiency is not good, but he and she make yourself comfortable trying to communicate and are very sympathetic. The breakfast is excellent also.
