Visited for a little break with my younger sister. We were so impressed from the second we walked in the door. Amazing tea and coffee facilities, we stayed 2 nights and had plenty of tea, coffee and sugar for the whole stay! 2 bottles of water provided - this was a lovely touch! Very modern, amazing facilities. We loved the outdoor seating, we enjoyed a lovely meal one evening and sat outside as the outdoor lights came on, was a lovely vibe.

Couldn't see an electric fan in the room, was a bit hot one of the nights but nothing major.

Well laid out .. could sit outside anytime Didn’t have breakfast but Sunday carvery and evening meal we had was excellent

Excellent stay, staff very accommodating, rooms lovely, food excellent, evening meal and breakfast perfect, children and dog loved the place too.

The whole package…staff lovely….food excellent….room super comfortable…location ideal. We have been staying at the Swan Hotel for a few years now. We visit family nearly every month and will continue to do so.

Really friendly welcome, staff were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable. A plug socket by the bed was a bonus (not all hotels have them these days!) The plug socket also had USB cables which was brilliant! I had dinner the second night, food was lovely. I was told there would be a delay as the restaurant was really busy, the food was still served relatively quickly. I am Coeliac and was delighted at the number of Gluten free variations available, even Fish & Chips! Would highly recommend.

It was very good value especially the breakfast. Was worried it would be noisy owing to bar and car park but slept very well. All staff very pleasant and helpful.

The room was lovely and warm. The staff were friendly, welcoming and could not do enough for us.

There was nothing I didn't like about the Swan.

Allowed to get into our room 3 hours early! Arrived earlier than expected and John's team cleaned our room straight away so we could unpack. Also very flexible at breakfast time, set up a table for us in the bar area so we could take our little dog in with us. Excellent service as usual. We have stayed there many times over the years

Extra tea and coffee facilities, quiet location. Also allowed to check in early as rooms were ready. Very abliging.

very small shower room and there was a music festival going on with extremely loud music. oK if expecting it, but not conducive to afternoon nap or early night. Luckily, I didn’t need either of those.

This was our 2nd time back in the space of 4 weeks as we loved it that much... We had the perfect 3 nights away with grandson in a family room and the staff can not do enough for you.. Food was amazing as before. Location is perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle of Yarmouth etc but only a 20 minute drive in. Our only regret was that we did not book for the rest of the weekend as would have loved to have stayed for the Music Festival .... We will be booking next year for sure..
