The comfort of the room: it was spacious with a very comfortable bed and in addition to AC it had an excellent ceiling fan and mosquito nets for those who don't like to sleep with AC.
The location is super quiet and right above a beautiful beach. A sun kit (umbrella + sunbeds) is offered to the guests free of charge.
The warmth and kindness of the owner is a welcome plus!
From the apartments it is a 5-minute walk to a traditional taverna with excellent food.

We spent here one week, the apartments are in perfect condition, excellently equipped, including a quiet fan and air conditioning. Perfect location, really a few meters from the sea, house with a beautiful shady garden. There were only a few people on the sandy beach in the bay and Joanna has a deck chair with a parasol for everyone. The location outside the hotel complexes with the possibility of walking into the beautiful countryside suited us perfectly. In addition, Joanna is very pleasant and willing to help with anything (for example, we didn't have a car, so Joanna willingly took us shopping to the store, which is about 8 km away). Thank you, considering that there is a direct flight from Prague and the transport from the airport to the place is not complicated at all, we will definitely come again.

It was our first time in Kefalonia and we have been incredibly surprised by the beauty of the property:the room is big and with all facilities (above all AC and a super comfortable bed) . We enjoyed our breakfast with sea view and falling asleep with the sound of sea waves! Vatsa beach is populated by Caretta Caretta Turtle nests and if u re lucky you can assist to the great natural show! Cherry on the cake, our lovely host Joanna: loving, caring and professional, she let us feel home straight away. We will definitely come back next year!

Our host was lovely and superhelpful. She welcomed us when we arrived and arranged a taxi for us when we sadly had to leave again. The place is like paradise, its very green, flowers everywhere, outside showers & a beautiful sunset view. Plus it was only a 10 second walk to the beach!! The apartment was cute & the bed slept amazing.

We had one of our all time best stay at this place. Lovely host, beautiful garden, private excess to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.
We enjoyed every second of our stay. It‘s a pieceful place to calm totally down.
Ioanna even got us some melones out of the own garden. We highly recommend it.

nothing to mention, however as a point of note, the beach is lovely but worth bringing beach shoes for ease of getting in and out of the sea, but many of Kefalonia beaches have stoney beaches.

Our stay was simply magical. Dionisis Apartments are beautifully designed and in such a lovely location. It’s so quiet and peaceful. Ioanna is such a kind host and made sure we had everything we needed- lovely extras on arrival and free sun beds and umbrellas for the beach. The apartments are spotless.

Ioanna, our host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Good advice on local tavernas and offered our own beach loungers and sunshades. The beach was quiet and excellent for swimming, The atmosphere totally relaxing.

what a peaceful, calm and charming place -we loved to stay there. Ionanna is such a great host! Really a small paradise, near to a lonely beach…you can easily walk to two taverns, one directly at the beach.

Ioanna has a beautiful space at Dionisis, and we enjoyed our stay so much, it was the best way to begin our trip exploring Kefalonia!! We stayed three nights in one of the apartments, waking up to swim at the small beach just for this property, the outdoor shower with a beautiful patio overlooking the bay, breakfast on the balcony. This is a quiet part of the island, not very touristy, but there is a great restaurant nearby and two cool wineries, not to mention close by the amazing Petani beach. We had everything needed to cook and the whole set-up was very comfortable. Delightful place for a couple, we hope to come back! Thank you Ioanna :)

Everything was perfect, It's the best choice ti go in holiday for relax, the appartment, Is only 20 metres from the Sand beach.

Its a Paradise :)
Only 15 Minutes from the ferry by car, directly at the beach. Beautiful garden und a amazing captains familiy restaurant around the corner!

Only two Things: there is tea and a bottle of water in the room, but with coffee it would be perfect!
The were smaill hairs on the ground, on the balcony and on the matress" under " the double bed. Dont know what was it exactly and it was my fault not to say it to you;)
But the rest was good clean!
