Lovely room and great pool. Excellent staff

It was quirky (in a good way) but very nice, well air-conditioned and in a decent location, although does demand a few walks up stairs to get to the main town.

We have spent 10 days in this apartment and had a fantastic time. The place is excellently located, a 10 minute walk from the city centre. A big, lush garden, freshwater pool, and amazing view to the sea and hills around Taormina. The Orfeo apartment we stayed in was surprisingly cool (late June - early July), we had to turn on the AC only a handful of times and a cool breeze blew from the sea every evening. Also well separated from the other apartments, with its own small patio. At some point the place was fully booked, yet it was quiet and we barely ever bumped into anyone. This apartment does not have direct view to the sea from the window (if that's a must for you), instead overlooks the pool and Monte Ziretto, which I personally could look at all day. The host was very kind, speaks several languages and made sure we had everything we needed. Parking on site is an extra, but at a fair price, very convenient and you won't easily find a parking place in Taormina anyway. We recommend renting a car as it is easier to move around on the island. Just don't trust Google Maps when planning a route to the apartments - if you are coming directly from the autostrada on Viale S. Pancrazio, you can take a left U-turn at the Esso station, just 20 meters from the Apartments. On its own, Google Maps will take you on a completely unnecessary trip through the inner city. Again, unforgettable experience, fully recommended.

Very nice and friendly hostess, nice garden with swimmingpool and sunbeds. Good air-condisioning, nice kitchen and very good beds. Location very good close to main port to the city center and cable car. Easy access to the road system via Apple Maps. Do not use Google Maps!

A bit noicy when sitting on pourch, close to the traffic like rest of Italy, but silent inside with the doors closed.

No sea or garden view from our balcony. Instead a view of the road. the road was very noisy. so much so it made it unpleasant to sit outside . even inside you needed to close the shutters and the sound proof doors to escape it. our kettle didn’t work properly , which was reported but not changed. the freezer in the room was also very noisy. you could also hear the residents next door loud and clear - there was a locked adjoining door between the 2 rooms which contributed to that.

Very nice view, comfortabele room and kitchen, only de room was different then the one I choosed by the pictures on booking. Not too bad but because of my lenght I choosed beds without a foot board. This room had a bed with a foot board. Also not a bath in the bathroom, but surprisingly there was a giant bath tub on the roof terrace. On walking distantce of city centre. They styled the complex very arty, original and you can see the love they put in their work, chapeau! And thanks for the welcome bottle of cold wine, so nice to start your holiday with 👍

There was plenty of space on the inside of the complex, but they charge you €10 a night for parking a car. As this was not a cheap hotel, I don't like this.

Waking up every morning to the amazing seaside view, breakfast on the terrace, and a short walking distance to the old town. Ester and the staff were also super helpful with us planning our stay :)
