Excellent hotel. Everything good quality in the rooms. Excellent breakfast and evening meal in the Blas Restaurant. Plenty of parking. One tiny blip, no aircon in the rooms though fan was provided on request.

Beautiful hotel that seems fairly newly built and almost resembles staying in an art gallery. Staff are very friendly and are happy to help in any way. We were upgraded to a corner room with stunning sea view. St David's is a very small but gorgeous town so by the time we got there around 21:30 everything was closed. As we had not eaten, and the restaurant was closed, the staff were happy to make sandwiches for us. Overall a great property and more than happy to stay here again.

Breakfast area can get really busy during holidays but that's no different to any other hotel I suppose. We only stayed 2 nights and nothing to complain abut really

menu was fixed every day and there was only vegetarian option so the same meal every day for the whole stay if you’re vegetarian.

This hotel is exceptional .as is the service .Breakfast was excellent the menu was small but they were very accomodating to other requests .The room were large and very well decorated with a lot of original art work , bed was very comfortable plenty of wardrobe space in fact it had everything you needed . Dinner at Blas was excellent ,small menu again but the food is well presented and very tasty.

Upmarket hotel, with big rooms, all sorts of facilities imaginable, very friendly and attentive staff. My room had a terrace with sea view. I enjoyed every minute I stayed there.

The breakfast/dinner room could do with a bit more light.

The hotel is exceptional. The customer service is excellent, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the evening meal outstanding. Spotlessly clean and comfortable throughout the hotel and cosy comfortable rooms.

Location was brilliant. The hotel was lovely. Our room was immaculate and had modern features. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. The mini fridge was restocked daily with fresh milk. The gowns and slippers gave our stay a real luxury feel.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Really nicely done and rooms are second to none. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed In.

The evening meal was expensive and not to my taste. I’d definitely stay here again but would not eat.

Check in was relaxed taken to our room and explained its workings Dinner was well cooked delicious and staff were attentive and very friendly Breakfast was good. Well cooked, cold table looked appetising Overhaul a very pleasant stay with attention to detail rarely seen. The staff are a credit to the hotel management along with the standard of cuisine and comfort.

I would bet money that this is the most luxurious hotel in Pembrokeshire, perhaps the whole of Wales, west of Cardiff. The staff were GENUINELY interested and attentive. At check out, we were personally asked 'what is one thing we could have done to make the stay better' instead of the usual 'everything ok?' which you know the person does not want a real answer for. Immediately after here, we stayed at an equivalent hotel in North Wales and had terrible service. Fiona at reception and the two ladies at breakfast in particular delivered excellent service at all times. Dinner: I was surprised to see the bill for dinner. They could charge 25% more than they do. It felt underpriced for what it was. Breakfast: i prefer my breakfast low-brow with beans so at first I was hesitant, but the quality of every ingredient was off the scale. Incredible. Small thing, but we have stayed in LOTS of hotels recently and this was the only one in Wales which actually had UMRELLAS for guests.

I would suggest all hotels nowadays get chromecast capability on the TVs

Staff excellent. Beautiful clean modern room. 5 minute walk from cathedral. Breakfast was delicious.

Handsoap in bathroom squirted across room when you pressed the dispenser. Other than that. Lovely.
