We exchanged few messages and informed the owner that we are arriving after 9 pm. Hardly found safe box covered with advertisements. Then we entered in completely cold apartment with turned off all electric heaters. Outside temperature was -2, inside was a few degrees more. After that we called the owner twice, sent messages to bring additional blankets since provided blankets were not enough at all. THERE WERE NO REPLY! Not that evening, not tomorrow, not ever! It was too late to search new apartment via Booking and we had to stay,, slept completely dressed, with jackets on grave cold mattresses, covered with spring blankets. After 12 hours it was relatively warm, but it was time to go and cure cold in upcoming days. NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL! It is shameful that apartment with such owner is Booking offer.

everything was perfect: communication with the host, cleanliness and comfort of the appartement. It was very well equipped, modern and super quiet. There was even a free parking space and a Senseo machine. Just all we needed for a perfect weekend. thank you very much for hosting us!

The apartment is very comfortable, very well decorated, super clean, quiet environment… The location is excellent, easy access to the beach, restaurants, bakery… I had a lovely weekend with my family, certainly we will return

The location and kitchen were definitely the two main selling points. Also the friendliness of the host! Great, helpful and helpful communication :) The heating system also worked very well, no issues whatsoever and all the rooms were quick to warm. Overall I definitely recommend this place! Especially the location, so close to the beach, tram stop and a bakery next door.

Although the heating system worked well and the rooms warmed up quickly, the floor stayed extremely cold. It's nitpicking, but definitely bring slippers or something :p Walking barefoot is very uncomfortable.

Very nice and fully equipped appartement, nothing missing. All facilities for kids included. Walking distance from the beach and very calm neighbourhood. Very convenient to have a bakery next door! :)

Very comfortable property, lots of space, very well equipped kitchen, great bath and shower. Bakery next door.

If you haven’t got a car it’s not that easy to move around.
