Great hosts, very very clean. Nice location

Andy & Jo were the perfect hosts. Kept us updated with the booking via text and email. We stayed over the Easter weekend and they left a surprise Easter egg for our little girl on her bed. Her little review was 'Can I stay here forever?' The location was great. 5-10 minutes to Pleasure Beach. 15-20 minutes to Blackpool Tower. Breakfast was amazing. Definitely one of if not the best breakfast we've had in any B&B/hotel. Not sure if Andy was in the kitchen but Jo and their daughter did a great job.

We cannot recommend Rossall House enough. We stayed here for two nights and we are already booking for next year. Andy & Jo are the best hosts. It was my partners birthday and Jo & Andy decorated our room making our stay extra special. Everything was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to our next stay.

Everything from when we arrived was exceptional. All my family would like to thank the owners for the amazing weekend we had at their place. 100% we will be back. Highly recommended 👌🏻

There was good communication before we arrived and a friendly welcome when we got there. The room and hotel were spotlessly clean and comfortable, it was perfect for our two night stay. The breakfast was fantastic with a good choice available for both adults and children. Very reasonably priced hotel.

This place is perfect for a relaxed stay, spotless and in a great location for the Pleasure Beach and Sand Castle water park. Andy and Jo go out of their way to cater for your needs. Breakfast had loads of choice and was delicious.

Amazing stay here, will be returning when we visit Blackpool. So clean and smelt lovely! Breakfast was brilliant too 😊x

Hosts greeted us with a really warm welcome. We had a family room on top floor - it was ideal. Tea/Coffee facilities and a mini fridge with water, crisps, biscuits - grandkids loved it. Although we never went to the bar downstairs, the hotel provided a room service for drinks - just text them your order! Really good prices too. The breakfast was exceptional, husband thought it was the best he'd ever had! Cereals, fruit, pastries, toast & full english - cooked to perfections. Have not got a wrong word to say about the place, will definitely be returning later in the year and have recommended to friends.

The room was excellent extremely clean. Room was decorated impeccably. Room service at no extra charge. Breakfast was fantastic we have an extremely fussy eater and all our needs were surpassed any expectations left very satisfied. Parking a plus when you have a bigger family. The welcome when we arrived was very nice. Nothing was too much trouble went above and beyond to ensure we the best time. The owners were excellent hosts. Great location just a short walk from arcades. We found it a perfect location as we were away enough from attractions and night life. Made me feel extremely special as it was my birthday pulled out all the stops. Have 2 autistic children and they too had the best experience. None of us want to leave. Stayed in a few hotels in the area by far the best Great value for money

Couldn't fault in any way. Only thing I could say is we couldn't come back as soon as we'd like as it booked up for a few months.
