Location and size of apartment for 4 people was excellent!

The only negative was the BBQ that was in desperate need of an upgrade. We couldn’t get our meal cooked so resorted to pan on stove top.

When we arrived to the apartment, it was occupied by other guests ! After taking the keys in the key box following provided instructions, we discovered a place full of luggages and stuff all over the apartment ! We called the landlord who said she does not understand the situation and she would call us back after some time. We requested a call back within 30 minutes but she said she is unable to commit and will call us back when she can ! We contacted booking to raise the issue. Booking did support us and requested landlord to provide alternative accommodation. Some time later, landlord provided alternative accommodation in next building. She said she gave our accommodation to someone else by error ! We understand errors can happen, however we would have appreciated greater apologies and compensation for the damage. This has caused a lot of stress, time waisted after a long day of drive on the road..So fare, we have not received anything... The apartment was well located but dated, and dishes were dirty so we had to clean them all again..

Fantastic location. Large, comfortable space. Incredibly well stocked with everything you need, especially the kitchen.

location was perfect. 40m to the beachfront and 10m to the pool. private and relaxed. house was large and beds were soft and comfortable. very enjoyable and would definitely stay again

Excellent location and view

The 2 bedroom apartment was very large with all the amenities, well set out. The apartment had a fantastic view of the beach and Dunk island. Great swimming pool. Just down the road you can catch a water taxi to beautiful Dunk island.

Air-conditioning to living areas not working. Apartment 4 and 5 are accessed via a flight of external stairs, the airconditioner water is dispensed across the outdoor sitting area of Bedroom 2 of apartment 5 and down the wall and pools on the tiled stairs, making walking up and down the stairs a hazard.

Location was amazing.

Nothing

On arrival I was very impressed with the ease of access and the incredible space inside for my husband and I, and our 3 grown up children. We all had plenty of room to relax. The decor is very beautiful and furnishings very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not great but we still enjoyed walks on the beach out front and a few times in the beautiful pool.

A little too far from the main township for restaurants etc but we had a car so had dinner out one night (live blues snd jazz cafe which was fun) and next night the mission beach tavern ($1 pool tables and great meals). There looked to be a great Thai restaurant very close to the accom but it was closed Saturday night.

Spoilt by amazing accomodation, gorgeous views, direct beach access. Simply stunning.

Great location, directly on the beach. Have stayed here a number of times and we always welcome the relaxing atmosphere, the facilities and being able to walk the beautiful beach. Accommodation is always superb with views over the ocean.

Location was great! The Thai restaurant ‘Nana Thai’ was good with BYO & within walking distance.

Pillows could have been better.
