Es cómodo con todo lo básico plancha para ropa y secadora para el cabello
Por el llavín de la puerta sentí un poco de inseguridad pues no son buena calidad y el ruido del exterior y de las otras habitaciones se escucha demasiado

I enjoy the breakfast, the rooms are clean and the staff was exceptional. Suyapa the Chef and Cesar on the 6th floor cafeteria make you a priority and go above and beyond. Lenny in the reception area makes you feel welcome and also is always available to help. The cleaning staff was also amazing.
I wish the Sky lounge was open.

The room was well equipped and clean, plus the hotel provides water filling stations on every floor. The location was right across Marina Mercante, which is good for seafarers. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. Well recommended.
The A/C makes a weird noise.

Room was very nice and clean
Coffee maker in room but no coffee or sugar offered. Desk in room with no outlets. Roof top bar was not available as advertised, restaurante wasn't worth the price and insufficient staff, 1.5 hrs needed to order and eat a meal and limited options and overpriced but food was good. Called the phone number provided by booking.com and no one ever answered. Hotel is dated and needs a refresh.

It was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable.
No hot water.
The wifi connection was extremely unstable I was not able to work.
Staff took over 10 minutes to arrive to front desk to check my reservation and give me the key to the room.

The room has a working space where it's possible to use the laptop.
The breakfast is good but for those who are used to regional taste. There is not a buffet, they serve you a plate with the meal.
