La limpieza, ubicación y la cercanía con el personal

Bien el desayuno, bien la carta del restaurante, bien ubicado (próximo a Las Médulas, a su Mirador y al resto de localizaciones de interés turístico y cultural en la zona) limpio y la habitación bien aunque con algunas carencias.

El trato recibido que dejó algo que desear en general, la escasa dotación de "amenities" en el baño, que no hubiera televisión en la habitación, la cobertura Wifi, las vistas a una pared a un metro de distancia de la ventana (habitación oscura) el horario estricto de la cena (finaliza a las 21.30hrs) al parecer solo para nosotros, puesto que a un grupo de motoristas les atendieron pasadas las nueve y media de la noche y sin embargo a nosotros no, cosa que finalmente agradecimos porque cenamos en una terraza en Las Médulas donde nos atendieron estupendamente.

Its in a beautiful location and the restaurant and staff were amazing. I was not well and they looked after me like family. They packed me a lovely breakfast to go, as I left very early in the morning.

It's a little out of Las Medulas, up a very steep mountainside, because I was hiking, this was a downside for me, but with a car, it would be perfect.

Great place 2 km walking from Las Médulas. All had the chicken in the evening was super lekker!

Enjoyable rustic feel to the hotel, clean and comfortable and great location to visit the Roman mines of Las Medulas. Easy check in by lockbox code. Friendly staff, simple great value food.

Nothing not to like, just need to manage your own expectations, it's clean and comfortable basic accommodation not a luxury hotel.

The telephone number does not work and everything closed.... That is not what you expect!

Super location. I would rate it as the best in the area. right to the left up the road about 0.5 km to parking and 150-meter walk to one of the most spectacular Spain's historical sites, Roman Gold mines dating circa 50BC. accommodations were very pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were well done and v good. Other regional sites very close, 1000 ad Templar Knight's castle and more. A must area and, for us, a super hotel to stay at. Don't miss it if you are traveling NW Spain!
