Right next to Perissa beach and next to a large free parking area. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Rooms were expensive for what they offered. However, August in Santorini is probably not the best time to judge.

It was close to the beach.

Breakfast was poor, and the water pump was to loud. Also we find some cocroach

Good location, close to the beach, restaurants bus stop, clean rooms, good value, helping owner and crew; some technical issues to be resolved and it is perfect.

Please do a check up of the windows and doors; repair the door to the terase, when the wind blows, all the windows of the room move for hours and one can't sleep at all.

Repetitive breakfast

Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. Hosts were gracious.

Beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was not available until after 8:30. There were buses to Fira in the early morning, but he next bus to Fira after breakfast was 10:30. This made too short a day for museums and archeological sites.

The room was clean and location was good.

The water for shower was not clean and unhygienic. The towels or toiletries were not refilled. There was no one at reception whenever we wanted help. The breakfast was not good at all and on the 2nd day we didn't get the breakfast at all due to no power.

Clean room with comfy bed. Hot breakfast served to you rather than buffet. Quiet place to stay away from the tourist crowd of Santorini. Bus stop was just 3 min walk. wifi was fast enough. Lot of parking space. Location is near sea beach.

Hotel has outdated room look and felt more like staying in someone else's house. Location was not good for off season travel( first week of April) as bus availability was once every 1.5 hr. Small bathroom with salty tap water. Breakfast did not have fruits and cereal.

Breakfast was great and huge portions. Ladies serving breakfast were lovely also.

Rooms are incredibly noisy. People taking in corridors. You can even hear when people are snoring in other rooms.

Perfect location next to the beautiful black beach of Perissa, Old Thera and also nearby the busstop to Thira. Very nice rooftop terrace with a nice view for breakfast. Cheap for Santorini.

Very small room, the bathroom starts to fall apart - the washbasin is all soaked. Just beside the room there was some kind of pump which started to make a very loud noise every few minutes, also during the night. So the nights were pretty short sometimes. The beds were very uncomfortable. The owner charged us 30€ for the pick up from the airport, it is much cheaper when you take the bus to Thira and another bus to Perissa, which takes about 20 minutes longer in total but you can save 25€. Unfortunately the breakfast consisted of 50 shades of white bread with egg, we didn't get any fruits or anything - better not to book the breakfast but get some coffee and breakfast on the beach.

It is in a perfect place, quiet and just a few steps from the beach. We liked the view from the window and the terrace on top of the building was really amasing. Theo is really friendly and helpful.

I think breakfast could have been a bit more varied, I especially missed whole-wheat bread, but was pleased with the youghurt.

It's 2min.to beach and near was a bus station.Theo was really frendly guy,Really thankfull.

Good location, very close to the bus stop, and to the Perissa beach; breakfasts were served on the balcony. The stuff were helpful and friendly.

- good location (3 minutes to the beach) - perfectly working wifi - friendly staff which gave me the possibility to take a shower even after my checkout

- not completely clean (rests of toothpaste in the sink and dust on the floor) - not very comfortable beds - tiny bathroom and tiny shower (no space!) - floor gets wet during showering - not even a mini shampoo available - no dustbin in the room - breakfast is a complete meal, you are not asked what exactly you want or if you are vegetarian, they just put everything on your table

Great location, very close to the sea!) Very friendly staff, we were very satisfied P.S. and we will miss the local cat with a fluffy tail. If it were continental Greece, we would definitely take it to ourselves 🇬🇷💙

Very friendly and helpful owners. They gave us better room, we could check-in earlier and check-out later. We had very simple but stylish, clean and nice room with wonderful view. Owners made us possible transfer from airport and to harbour. Object is very close to the beach, quad/scooter rental and many restaurants with delicious food

We liked hospitality of the Theodor and family. Breakfast at terrace was amazing. Fantastic really.
