Wasn’t clean

The host was very welcoming, kind and informative. He helped us very much to reach the destination as the apartment location might be a bit challenging when getting there for the first time. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Located a bit far from the Zadar's centre, nevertheless if you travel by car it should not seem a big problem.

Beautiful view from the balcony, big parking lot, bakery, shops in the near.

A very nice place, spacious, clean and close to the beach, perfect for a group of 4, The host, Miro, is very welcoming. He picked us up from the airport and also provided us with a map and gave us good advice on how to get to the old town and what the main attractions are. I strongly recommend the location and if I have the opportunity to return to Zadar I would choose the same accommodation.

Apartment is spacious and consists of 2 big badrooms, very well equiped kitchen and a leasiure room. AC works well, an you will surerly find all the amnesties you might need - microwave, oven, iron etc. Overall the apartment looks rather clean. Private parking is also an advantage. This apartment is a part of a big house (there are 6 apartements in total there), very close to road (luckily the road isn't busy, so you shouldn't be hearing any noises at night). It's located around 1 km from the Beach Borik, so you can easily walk them (or ride - there is a big free parking). If you plan to visit centre of Zadar, you'll need to use your own car or Uber - it's over 3.5km to the centre, so not close.

the bathroom would probably use some small improvements - showe doesn't close easily and generally looks quite old. I also didn't like the lamps in all rooms - they are of the "hospital style", this big fluorescent lamps.. Thanks to them there is very bright in the rooms but also not that cosy. Not a big disadantage though :)

Very kind host, spacious apartment, veeeery big terrace. I highly recommend this place.

I guess some elements (terrace window, curtains) should be refreshed.
