The value for money and the size of the place. Location was okay a little away from beach and harbour and one must walk along the bustly highway. Unless we missed the footpath. Overall great host and amenities.

Julie was very welcoming, we had fresh oranges, bread,cream eggs and coffee to kick off our stay. We loved the fact that the apartment had a fire place which we used, it made it feel like home. The multiple balconies gave you various views of the sea and landscape. Leonidio is a fabulous spot to stay for a few days! Such a cute town in a gorgeous setting, we could have stayed longer at Karantonis House.

Perfect appartement, with a huge sunny terrasse. Fully equipped. And upon our arrival the fridge was full with oranges, mandarines, and all the necessary for breakfast. We even got more during our stay :)

Nothing to criticize. Maybe the internet is a bit slow sometimes, but I guess it has nothing to do with the apartment itself, but who cares ? We're on holidays :)

Breakfast on the terrace. Efficient central heating for the odd chilly evening. Peaceful location. Easy, ample parking. Julie was lovely & looked after us well. We arrived very late, so it was lovely to have essential breakfast food & coffee left in the fridge for us. The never ending basket of oranges. The couple of surprise cake treats-delicious!

As last year everything was perfect. Julia takes care about you as you are her family. She bringt you all the time fruits. Everything is super clean, kitchen well equiped. You do not miss there anything. Surrounding beautifull, nice flowers and trees. Nearby nice beach with good restaurant and shops. We will come to Julia again. Julia, thanks a lot!

very close to the sea, a lot of space, very clean. family apartment has 3 floors. comfortable beds. smart tv. Wi-Fi is not very strong. plenty of parking.

if I had one small criticism it would be that the property could provide a parasol and sun loungers on their otherwise empty balcony. This would make the properties perfect in my opinion

Exceeded expectations. It was huge, immaculate , cool and very well stocked. Really friendly lady. We were on a bike road trip and the stocked fridge and cupboards were vary much appreciated.

It was perfect for us. If you didn’t have a car/bike it maybe a bit far from the beach and town but with transport it was perfect.

Spacious apartment with privacy for family or group members as the bedrooms are on different floors. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of outside seating space. A great location, only a few minutes walk from the beach and taverna. Very clean and the host was helpful and friendly. Very good value for the size of the apartment. The harbour is a charming spot with a lovely beach and great local taverna (Michel - Margaret). Altogether a great find.

Absolutely amazing and stunning apartments. Location is fantastic and the host Juliada is an amazing welcoming host who goes out of her way to make your stay great....100% i will return to stay longer next time.

perfect home for a stay in Leonidio. very close to the beach and the marina with nice restaurants. the house is very spacious and goodies like oranges wait for you when you arrive . most crags for climbing are just a short drive away. very friendly host even gifted us some cake one day.

can be a bit noisy due to the street running by the house. access to the beach is only possible via the main road. there seems to be a dispute with the neighbor who doesn't let you use his path that leads directly to the beach

The house itself is a traditional stone house and very spacious and very very comfortable. Julie who manages the properties is amazing and friendly and helped us in making our stay very memorable. The kitchen was stocked with fresh fruit, bread, eggs, milk, greek coffee, spreads, and comes equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, etc. In other words, a very homey feel right away which is a great touch. One of the best properties and experiences that we have had via booking.com. We had only booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 7! This is one of the best stays in the area and we will surely visit again. Thanks again to Julie who made us feel so welcome!

There wasnt anything to dislike. Only a personal observation - most showers in Greece have only a hand held shower and not fixed overhead. As a result we got water all over! But it is not unique to this property as almost all properties in this area have this feature. So more a matter of adjustment than anything else

By far the best accommodation I had in Greece! The house is unbelievably well equipped. Even the fridge is already filled with complimentary essentials. I guess their approach is to gather lots of positive reviews and then gradually increase the price a bit (I only paid 40€ which is darn cheap for what you get!). Highly recommended - even for 70€/night!
