Ligging van appartement in het centrum
We kwamen aan en kregen te horen dat er een dubbele boeking was. Lag aan booking.com en niet aan haar: komt niemand langs, maar krijg je te horen dat je elders moet kijken of andere etage moet nemen. Inchecken met paspoorten verwachten ze ook dat je dit voor de deur doet via telefoon.
Einde van de huur periode cash neergelegd voor fles wijn (geen aanrader) en toeristen tax. Krijg je achteraf te horen dat er geen geld lag. Echt teleurstellend. Zou als eigenaar een andere verhuur partij erop zetten.

Location was nice.
Bed sheets and towels were dirty stained but the owner/manager re-assured me that it was clean … just stained. The dishes was dirty: I had to rewash it (it was obviously just badly washed with crusts of food left unwashed). There was insects like tiny crabs : I sent a video but owner/manager said it was normal in Spain. The owner/manager won’t give you the access code until apartment is ready, namely not before 4:00 pm and you are asked to check out at 10:00 am (and at the very latest at 11:00) and to take out the garbage. Only one of the two bedrooms has AC … and it’s bloody hot during summer. Kitchen is very basically IKEA equipped with the very bare minimum including pans that don’t work at all with their induction oven .

This was my second visit to this apartment and it won’t be my last. Perfect location in the old part of Sitges, extremely comfortable beds, really well equipped and beautiful views. Thank you and I look forward to my next visit!

The Blue House was a fantastic base for a stay in lovely Sitges. We particularly enjoyed the central location, the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower and the light and bright living room. Our favourite restaurants were Alfresco (fine dining) and Puertecillo (a different experience, but the best seafood at very reasonable prices). Our favourite shop is Inaures, a really lovely jewellery shop. Nothing was far to walk from the Blue House.
It was quiet most of the time - there was just one wild and very loud party on the Saturday night on the rooftop opposite the Blue House. But it was a one-off!

You can't beat the location. Easy walk to the bars downtown and easy walk to Balmins beach. Quiet location at night. Check in was very easy. Response from the host was extremely quick. We've been to Sitges many times, will be back again, and would certainly stay here agian!

Location is good, very close to the beach and to the city centre. Quiet street.
The flat is old, it has not been properly renovated. Only the kitchen has been re-quipped with modern Bosch appliances, the rest remains an "old granny's house" type of a flat. The whole flat is filled with loads of useless decorations (faux sea shells, artificial flowers, vases, straw baskets and hats), but is uncomfortable to live in. The living room is in fact a kitchen, where you can barely cook, because there is no space. There is no air conditioning in any of the bedrooms. Beware, official photos are deceptive. Not a good value for money.

Liked the location and comfortable.
Balcony too small, too much stuff everywhere so you had to move ornaments to create space to put your own belongings. Table fully layed out, again you had to remove everything to use the table. Communication on how access to the building works needs to be better.

Apartment is very cute, with AC in the bedroom which is fantastic. Wifi connection was stable and solid. Very good location and extremely central in Sitges. Very close to bars, cafes, and restaurants. Would stay here again without a doubt.
Only one bathroom for a place that can easily fit 4 people or more is not ideal. Didn't receive check in details until very very close to check-in hour, which was restrictive for someone else in our party who had to wait until I had service so I could tell him how to access the apartment after check-in time.

Home away from home. Located in the very heart of the city. Decorated with style and very clean. Fitted with all necessary equipment, ideal for a short to medium stay. Wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

The apartment is in a great location for all amenities, with facilities that meet the needs of travellers on their holidays. We found the apartment comfortable, enjoyed our time there, would definitely recommend to friends and look to stay again on future visits to the town.
We found the wi-fi connection to be poor and would be unsuitable if a traveller needs to use for work purposes whilst away from home, even for simple email retrieval it was extremely slow and frustrating.

Really well decorated, very clean and well equipped with towels etc. Could easily live here long term.
Beds were not overly comfortable and rooms did not have individual aircon.

Location is perfect - 1 min walk to the San Sebastian beach and 5 min walk to everything else
Building is very pretty, but that means every morning when you open the shutters - someone is standing taking a picture in your face haha ))
We had a second floor unit which has a tiny balcony where you sit with your feet inside the flat ))
1st floor has indoor patio and 3rd floor has a bigger patio. I was not aware when i rented
Unit is very clean.
One AC unit in the hallway that does not really cool the bedrooms unless you keep it on all the time at very low and cool down entire apartment. We also asked for a fan to blow the cool air into the bedroom.
Could be better stocked with toiletries and supplies.
Closets need some freshening up - chipped paint and old smell

The location was perfect. Easy to get to all the great restaurants and the beach!!
The downstairs unit had construction every day so we were forced to wake up at like 7 am regardless if we wanted too. Be sure to inquire about any renovations to neighboring units before booking this property. Parking was a little bit of a hike to get to, but not terrible.

Great location, well equipped and comfortable. Manel arranged carparking and met us on arrival to make sure everything was ok. Also provided information on local restaurants etc.
