The staff is kind of slow on service, but good overall. The owner is awfull. The matress should be changed ASAP!

The Vila is a hidden gem. Too bad the roads are absolutely plowed (especially if you come from Cheia/Teișani. The room itself is huge, well furnished and maintained, offering all the needed for a relaxing stay. Staff is ultra kind, accomodating for a rather late arrival in our side Restaurant is great and offers a straightforward breakfast option, catering for all tastes. Overall, I will shortlist this location, I really think it has potential, at a great value for money.

The waiting time for food to be cooked. The parking lot is too small for the number of guests' cars.

I really loved the architecture of the rooms, the wonderful views surrounding this quiet and green area, and the different activities you could do outdoors with friends or children. (play area, mini-football field, a covered terrace)

I really really disliked being called repeatedly after 9 PM by someone from management, I suppose, who never mentioned his name and who kept pushing us to cancel our reservation through Booking and book directly with him. I really really disliked being sent an email to pay half of the value of the accommodation with less than 12 hour window for payment, and when I failed to see that email, I was told my reservation was cancelled, although I was 5 days before my cancellation deadline as per Booking confirmation. I felt harassed and unwelcome, just because whoever made that calls only wants to use the Booking app and not pay the corresponding commission to Booking. It was unprofessional and it made me never want to give my money to someone who has this type of commercial manners.
