Beautiful location, lovely apartments with great views. Stunning pool area.

Villa Mirjana has a lot of great attributes like the view is no 1. Location couldn’t be better as the beach is 2 minutes away.

Cleaning could improve, found some hair in the bathroom (not belonging to us). Also the showers leaked water when showering. For that price I expect top notch cleanliness.

Nothing, no one there when we arrived, not expecting us. Had to park away from apartment and carry cases. No reception, have to cross the road to get to a rocky sort of beach. Sea very rough. Nothing in the area, shops restaurant's etc. Room very small as is the tiny plunge pool shared all open with around 8 apartments, so no privacy at all. View from room was very nice as was the lady who eventually showed us to our unlocked room. Paid to stay 4 nights, we stayed only 1 night.

Stunning views, an excellent extremly clean accommodation with an amazing swimming pool ,everything you could ever need only 2 steps from beautiful beaches,excellent seafood restaurants,caffes etc... The hosts are extremely polite and they will make sure you feel like at home, made our stay really unforgettable. Truly a place to relax and disconnect with family and friends. Fully recommended.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to water taxi service (Dubrovnik and Cavtat)and about a 10 min walk to supermarket. Bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Lovely pool area overlooking the sea. It was my second stay here and we will come back. Katja and her family are friendly and so helpful. The area is so quiet and as a group of women travelling with a 9 month old we could not have felt safer.

Absolutely beautiful property above an adorable, quiet local cafe. The views of the ocean and sunset from the personal patio and shared pool area were fantastic. We expected Mlini to be a sleepy fishing village, but were pleasantly surprised to learn it is a vibrant little resort community complete with a nice paved beach-front ‘boardwalk’ dotted with overlooks, parks and restaurants. We arrived by taxi, and everything was very walkable. In the evening we ate at the cafe, taxied to Dubrovnik for dinner, and one night walked 5-10 minutes to the small grocery and put together a charcuterie board.

We were very comfortable throughout our stay. The property is freshly renovated and clean. There were a few signs that the shower had been cleaned after an extended-stay instead of daily, but was barely noticeable.

We have stayed before as a couple this time booked a number of rooms for a family holiday it did not disappoint

We love the views, the pool, our apartment was lovely we booked 3 studios and 1 apartment for celebrating Husbands 60th Birthday so absolutely perfect we were together but still had our own space

Everything was great: view, room, pool, sea in 2 minutes by foot, a lot of restaurants and shops around. If you are looking for a quiet place next to Dubrovnik, I would absolutely recommend Mlini and Villa Mirjana.

We booked the apartment right in front of the pool. The patio was well equipped and covered. So we spent almost the whole time just sitting outside and enjoying the view. Even a short shower of rain doesn‘t bother you beneath the roof. So this is absolutely what made our stay here extraordinary. Also it‘s in a very calm location and very near the harbor promenade. Our host was very friendly and they also have a small Café at the street that is very lovely. This is why it quite hurts me not being able to give a better review.

Well, unfortunately the apartment wasn’t very clean. Especially the bathroom was even unsavory. Though I don‘t expect the scrupulous cleanliness like at home, I don’t expect to see the hair of at least the former guests in every corner. That includes as well the shower. The kitchen could be better equipped. Some bowls for your cereals would have been fine. Tough the refrigerator looks quite stylish, I can’t imagine there will ever be guests having any use of such a big refrigerator. Not only it takes a lot of space and energy, it’s also very noisy. Besides the known buzzing this device makes cracking sounds that will definitely affect your sleep. So I hardly recommend to substitute this one with a smaller and a less noisy one. So, I think the value for the money would be ok, if the cleanliness gets improved. Something that definitely can easily be changed.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped with fantastic view towards Cavtat. We arrived by hire car and Bezim, who runs the bistro attached beneath the apartment, gave us a warm welcome. He was there to meet us and helped carry our luggage up the steps to the apartment where we were welcomed by his mother, Katia. They were both extremely helpful throughout our stay and Bezim drove us to the airport when we departed. The apartment is very close to a small, clean beach, ideal for swimming. The apartment is a few minutes walk from both the bus and ferry to Dubrovnik and Cavtat. There are also a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance. The apartments and bistro are a small family-run business and highly recommended. The service and hospitality were outstanding.

We liked location and view from teracce on swimingpool and sea. One of the best apartments i've ever been.

Kitchen could be a bit bigger but it didn't bother us because most od the time we ate outside.

Terrace and the view were unforgettable and amazing. We loved the pool. Everybody were very friendly. Its really beautiful place.
