Excellent place for family vacation. Very clean and child friendly.

A wonderful house in quite place with really friendly hosts. The house is well equipped and the pool is really nice and clean. We traveled with a baby, and she really enjoyed the place and the pool too. Thank you, see you soon!

It's perfect! In front of the house you have table and a garden couch where you can enjoy on the green garden and the nice sea view. The host Nelli is very nice and helpful. The house is renovated, have everything you need for your stay.

The apartament was very well equipped. Bed was lovely and comfy, good air con upstairs. Everything was such a high standard, brand equipment i.e. kitchen facilities and bathroom. Very clean and nice pool with shower, dedicated sunbeds and umbrella. Sunproof dedicated parking place inside property. At least three good beaches nearby (10 min by car).

The pool and the garden are great. Also, the parking was inside the property and can easily accommodate 7 cars. The open space (living + kitchen) - large enough.

In reality, the 1st floor is a half-floor and you will hit the ceiling with your head. The bedrooms are very small and one of them doesn't have a window to the exterior. The bathroom (upstairs) is also very small and you can barely use the sink

We stayed with another couple at the end of June and we really loved our time at Pleiades Boutique Villas. We spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the peaceful garden and the view of the sea. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was super clean.  What made Pleiades the best choice for us was that it met all of our requirements - for the days we didn't feel like driving, there is a good beach just a short walk down the hill and a pool for lazy afternoons. We found the location of the villas very convenient because Kriopigi is a walking distance away if you need to get groceries, eat outside or visit the pharmacy. At the same time, if we wanted to explore Kassandra's many lovely beaches, all it took was a short drive with a car. What makes Pleiades top notch though, is Nelli's hospitality. We really felt welcomed and we look forward to visiting her villas again in the future.

Delighted with our Pleiades Boutique apartment & lovely host Neli. She met us when we arrived and explained all we needed to know. We hired a car & drove straight from Thessaloniki airport. Easy to find & plenty of free parking on site. Apartment was v clean & comfortable. Showers were great. Loved the electric external blinds which blocked out the light enabling us all to sleep well. Beds super comfy. Lovely pool which we had all to ourselves for 3 days before others arrived. Walk down to rocky beach( lovely at sunset) but only if able footed as steep & rough uneven path. Neli was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants, local beaches etc. A nice touch was the bottle of wine on our arrival. Thank you so much Neli! Would definitely recommend staying here especially Sept time when not busy.
