close to a lot of things and shops

The hotel location is excellent. The internal room are tiny with no windows and actually look onto the breakfast buffet. pictures of the pool make it look appealing, sadly this is the biggest disappointment. the pool area is reason not to visit this hotel.
THE POOL AND POOL AREA. Tiny Rooms like jail cells, with no windows. i couldnt stay in my room and had to upgrade to a bigger room with a window.

Incredible location, super clean facilities, super friendly and happy staff, breakfast is to die for, and the room was a dream! It exceeded my expectations at all levels.

- small room (was rated as family suite?) with a view on a constriction site
- expensive - almost 400 USD w/o breakfast
- another 150 ISL for overnight parking, < 15 hours
- outside "pool" is just 5x2 m2 - for kids or taking a picture, not more.

The location is excellent, close to the best beaches and the city, a square , the place where the old opera house used to be. You can make any sport on the beach , meet young people from Tel Aviv and all over the world. Very good restaurants within walking distance
The pictures of the rooms represent probably one room at the corner, our room was quite small, but with balcony and an excellent view on the beach up to old Jaffa. The smell in the gangway was strange , the gangway in a very old style.

Excellent facilities, great staff, clean and generous with in room coffee and afternoon snacks
Hotel is excellent overall. The swimming pool has an amazing view but is a bit small.

not so clean, not good food, loud banging from rooms either side and conference upstairs air conditioning not good and room got extremely hot
