the location was a little way out of town. not too much but too far for several drinks at dinner

Breakfast was fantastic-everything you could want-Italian meats & cheese, freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice and delicious cappuccino served by the charming homeowner-Paola.

the house and paola were very nice! it is acute italian house outside the main town and the views were spectacular! The breakfast was also very nice!

Excellent host, excellent view and very nicely and well renovated house. Very nice if you want to avoid the noisy beach area.

You must be a good driver and have the stamina to climb up the hill at the end of an eventful day to get rewarded with this nice place.

Amazing villa, very helpful host, great breakfast outside on the terrace! The view was spectacular and the surroundings were really tranquil - perfect for relaxing and also a great base from where to explore Cinque Terre. Like with similar properties in the area, the final bit of the access road is steep and narrow but really not a problem (especially in a smaller car and when dry). We were able to park right outside the villa with no issues.

I would like to start this review by saying that I rarely write reviews for anything even if I did like a place I stayed or restaurant I ate at. But I simply have to write a review to express how amazing these 3 days at La Vignana in Levanto were. Aside from the amazing location of this beautiful house up in the hills allowing for stunning views of the little village Levanto and the ocean, the jacuzzi that can be used any time or the delicious breakfast that is served fresh every morning, there was one big factor that made this trip so unforgettable: Paola. Paola is the owner of this beautiful bed and breakfast and is all and more you could ask for in a host. As I mentioned before, she and her team makes fresh breakfast daily, including home baked cakes and pies, juices, fresh fruits and of course authentic Italian coffee beverages. She was super helpful with anything we needed. She would check in with us if we need anything or if we had any questions. Besides that she was never too busy to simply chat a little bit or answer any questions you have about the region, Cinque Terre or really anything else Italy related. Simply a very kind and nice person. We wished that we could've stayed a few more days at her beautiful place, but we had a tight schedule. The first thing my wife and I did as we entered the car to continue our Italy trip though, we looked at each other and both said: we must come back and stay here again!

The breakfast was amazing. Wonderful homemade items and fresh fruit and yogurt.

We had to call a taxi to go into town every time.

Paula was very helpful. The view is amazing, the apartment is very nice decorated and very clean. The bed is very comfortable.

The road to the parking is narrow and steep.It didn't bother us, but it could bother others.

Paola is a distinguished host who has converted this traditional family home into a very tastefully decorated and impeccably clean heaven of relaxation. Liguria / Cinque Terre is a spectacular place for hiking as it is but few spots will better the view from the spacious terrace. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel was stunning- beautiful views, and breathtaking surroundings. On arrival, we were treated like visiting family members, and made to feel relaxed and at home immediately. The room was a delight, and the terrace offered a peaceful and private space to appreciate the vista. The staff could not have been more helpful, and keen to make our visit special. And the jacuzzi was great too!!! We will be back.

Wish we had booked to stay for longer.

This place is really nice - Thanks to Paola for a great stay where me, my wife and 2 children felt very welcome. The place it self looks really good, have a fantastic view and you can really relax at the balcony or spa. The rooms are clean and have all you need including fridge with cold drinks. The breakfast have a great selection of good products to choose between.

Not much to say - I could say the narrow entrance up the mountain that easily could be missed at the first glance, but Paola texted me on the day of arrival with a guide and pictures of the entrance

The view, the garden, the quietness and the coffee

From the amazing view, the very clean and nice room, to the breakfast and the very welcoming host - we had a great stay at La Vignana. We very much appreciated that the house is located a bit off the beaten track so you find some quietness and time to relax from the touristic crowds. Still it is only a 10min ride to the beach and ferry to explore Cinque Terre!

Parking situation is not the easiest as it is up the hill - but it is absolutely worth it! 😊
