За една нощувка е приемливо, но не го препоръчвам за по-дълъг период. Определено не беше чисто.

The location is good, with view of the river.

The breakfast starts at 08:15, which was late for me and the work I had to do. I asked kindly if I could have something ready at 08:00 but they said they couldn't help. The room was very cold when I checked in. The only heating in the entire house is with A/C, which is very bad if you don't like to sleep with a noisy A/C on top of your head. I also didn't like the bed and pillow which are too old and need to be changed with new ones. There was a noticeable bad smell in the room, which I feel is due to the old beds.

Diie Bushaltestelle des Überlandbuses hält fast vor dem Hotel. Der Rezeptionist und die Dame, die mir das Frühstück machte, waren sehr nett und interessiert. Beide Sprachen Englisch. Die Nähe zum historischen Zentrum ist ein Plus. Einkkaufsmögichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe. Ich konnte schöne Wanderungen von dort unternehmen. Das Quartier war sauber.

Ein Zimmer über der Küche ist immer problematisch. Das Laufen irgendwelcher Küchenmaschinen und/oder Ventilatoren waren zu hören. Die Nacht hindurch war es ab ca. 22:30 ruhig, je nach Gästeaufkommen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr simpel. Ein Stuhl hat mir gefehlt. Am Morgen war der Verkehr hörbar auch der sogenannte Werksverkehr. Nichts mit ausschlafen. Das Frühstück war bescheiden. Die Raucherrei im Restaurant hat mich massiv gestört!!

Bad smell in the room, the fridge has mold and smells awful, the floor was dirty, full of hair and dust, the curtains looked like they had never been washed with a verry bad smell. The bathroom is very small with no shower cubicle or curtain. There was hair and dirt in the floor drain and also hair in the sink. There is no parking, you are advised to leave the car on the street. Loud noise from the street and from the terrace, the windows do not insulate at all. We couldn't sleep because of the noise, laughter, music until 3 in the morning. There are 3 options for breakfast, we tried scrambled eggs and crepes. it didn't taste very fresh. The third option would have been french toast. The coffee instead was good: short expresso. Even for one night, we don't recommend because you cannot rest due to the loud noise and awful smell in the room.

The hotel or may be guest house is located really close to the old city of Zlatograd (3-4 min walking distance) and 10-15 min walking from the city centre. There is no dedicated parking but you can park on the street. Room is spacious, the mattress and pillows are fine and some of the rooms have a nice terrace. There is also a small fridge in the room. For breakfast you have a choice of several options - all three were delicious. I think that value for money is good.

The kitchen is just below the rooms and there is a sliding door to the staircase that you need to close every time you pass so you stop the smell from going up to the rooms. Rooms are spacious but definitely need renovation. The fridge had a strong smell of mold. The staff was friendly but all the time I had the feeling that we are kind of intruders and bother them.

Room very dirty, breakfast not enough.

Very cheap and nice food. Good location 5min from centre. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The restaurant has a great view over the river.
