We left the hotel because of the terrible facility, my wife does not walk very well, the room had no shower of toilet and was about 40 degrees Celsius. At night we were not able to go to the toilet because it was too faraway from our room. The kind staff tried to find a room downstairs but there were no rooms left, they gave us a letter with appologies for the inconvenience that I will share with you. Every time we use Booking.com things are fine, this time it was not so we would appreciate a refund. Kind regards. Peter

Nice decor, spacious and friendly staff

For the entirety of my stay the bathrooms and showers were not cleaned despite informing reception. The lights in my room were out and not changed

This hotel should not be open not at least without renovation. Needs lots of renovation everywhere, evrything is broke and old. And its super expensive for shared bathrooms. Then the restaurant closes very early so if you arrive at 22:00 you have no option to eat and there is nothing around. The reception was kind to give me a cheese sandwich. The bar smells very bad, like the backside of a pub. And you need to ask and pay at the reception first. The rooms were not clean at all, lots of insects and spider webs with spiders and insects squeezed dead on the walls not clean. All window handles were destroyed and one hanging over the tv. No tv remote.

There was a cup under the bed. A lot of dust. Room with no bathroom. Very small . No Airco. We even had to pay for the parking.

Restaurant and bar look fine and are lively. Can become quit noisy later in the evening.

The budget room was absolutely dismall. Bug smears on the ceiling, holes in the chair and in the door, not painted in ages. Bare room: no bed lights, no cupboard, no net curtains (choose between closed curtains or look-in from the terrace below), bare walls, not even a bin, only a plastic bag provided. The free Wifi was terrible, only worked (a bit) in the middle of the night. Big rip-off, not hotel worthy.

I wanted to pay for some add-ons in advance. Also the parking ticket, but this was not possiblez they said..

Price is too expensive, for the kind of facilities. WiFi too bad, 4 channels very limited channels to watch, dirty walls in the room.

No washing table - toilet for a lot of rooms with broken toiletseat - sink for washing was not running - not a shared shower but for a lot of rooms stayed in Zeeuws Vlaanderen lot of times, never had such a bad hotel in the middle of the night until 03.45 rumour and noice wich kept us from sleeping window (for fresh air) in the room a broken point for fixation, went conpletely open!

Room really poor. Poor electrical installation for kettle. No bedside lights. Lots of long hairs on the bed linen!?Restaurant closed by 8.15pm. One wc per floor! No hand-soap in the bathroom!

Repair of the douches was hard, but completed in one day. So I missed the douces for one day. Short circuit problems were also immediately solved. Personal do their utmost best to solve these things and to comfort you.

Lot of drinking for elderly people with a lot a music in the evening. During the day it was nice and quiet.

Room was far from clean, there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, unqualified staff, gardener was receptionist as well as bartender! Overall impression in two words is very poor not to say bad!

A lot of facilities, compact rooms. Toilets and bathrooms are clean.

Staff was not very welcoming, they were a bit short in their conversations. We had to ask for our breakfast facilities, while we already reserved it.

The staff is quite rude (the receptionist I talked to was very aggressive when I asked about a tax I didn't know about). I couldn't stay in the room because it was extremely hot (I had to wait until 2 in the morning to sleep).
