Unica pecca secondo noi era la cucina con la finestra che guarda il cortile. essendo che la tapparella la tieni su altrimenti è buio dentro, gli ospiti della casa di fianco ti possono vedere così da vicino. Aggiungo che non si poteva più grigliare fuori.. pagina Booking sarebbe da aggiornare.

Tutto perfetto. Simona e Nicola sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa. Posizione ideale per muoversi tra le varie spiagge del sud Sardegna, appartamento con tutto l occorrente e anche di più. Letto comodissimo, posto auto all interno del cancello con telecomando personale,giardino da fare invidia a qualsiasi location più blasonata .Sicuramente ci torneremo perché era come essere a casa nostra.

Świetna lokalizacja mieszkania - blisko lotniska, super jako baza wypadowa zarówno na wybrzeże jak i w głąb wyspy. Mieszkanie ciche, czyste, wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele :) serdecznie polecam

Appartamento grande e confortevole con piccolo cortile sul retro attrezzato per mangiare fuori, proprietari cortesi e disponibilissimi. Pulizia e wi-fi ok. Possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto/moto davanti all'appartamento. tranquillo e silenzioso. L'appartamento è ad Assemini, cittadina nei pressi di Cagliari, ottima perchè a portata di mezz'ora di auto da Cagliari centro, dalle spiagge del Poetto e di Chia. Buona base di partenza per l'esplorazione della Sardegna sud occidentale.

Wonderful hosts. Comfortable and well-supplied, even had umbrellas and chairs for us to use at beach. Secure and peaceful location with gated entrance. Exceptionally hot weather while we were there, but air conditioning units in bedroom and main room easily and quickly cooled the house when we were there.

Truly nothing I didn't like. Everything worked well and met our needs. Perhaps we could have stayed closer to the things we did in Cagliari, but it wasn't long or far to drive there.

We appreciated the fact we could do the check in later in the evening (8pm) and despite not speaking word in English, the owners were very friendly and tried to give us all the info about the best places to visit. The house was very clean and had private and safe parking for our car.

The only thing we didn't appreciate was the non existent soundproof in from the house, as we could hear every single sound and movement from above us and next door. We couldnt rest or sleep before midnight and neither after 6am, after 5 nights in a row, we were very exhausted. Plus, in the first and last night, the guests next door woke us up in the middle of the night with their careless noise. If you're a light sleeper or if you're looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, maybe you'll face some challenges.

The villa is very beauiful, it is full of flowers and amazing bushes and trees. The accomodation is very comfortable and cosy. It has got its own terrace. The shop, the cafe and the pharmacy are within 1-2 minute walk. The owners are very nice and helpful. They made my stay very special.
