Bei dem kleinen Hotel handelt es sich um eine historische Perle. Wer sich gerne in historischen Gebäuden aufhält, wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Die Oberstadt ist zu Fuß leicht und schnell erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, umsorgt und verabschiedet. Das Frühstück wurde direkt am Tisch serviert und war reichhaltig. Auch Sonderwünsche (die wir nicht hatten) hätten erfüllt werden können.

Als kleine Makel sind uns zwei Dinge aufgefallen. Zum einen hört man in der Nacht gelegentlich die Heizung arbeiten, was vor allem für seichte Schläfer für den ein oder anderen Schreckmoment sorgen kann. Zum anderen hatten wir in unserem Zimmer das Problem, dass das Fenster im Bad sich zu weit oben an der Außenwand befand, weshalb wir dieses nicht öffnen konnten zum Lüften.

Room was very quiet, cool and comfortable. Hotel itself was in a great location, right next to the river and other facilities. 5 minute walk into centre if you are visiting the city. Big German breakfast with very friendly staff. Optional take away lunch available.

Very unique hotel with a friendly staff

Great location, room was quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had a mix of breads, meat and cheese, yogurt and boiled eggs providing a hearty start to the day.

We had a car and were directed to park in a small lot behind a building across the street which was great - until we were leaving and a man who rents in that building approached us to say that was not property of Haus Muller and it has been an ongoing issue where they direct guests to park here. We only stayed one night and were leaving anyhow but it was awkward.

The house is big and clean – each of the rooms have plenty of space for two people. It’s decorated and antiques from the original owner and his family. The current owner was happy to get us a cab to go to the Christmas market. The breakfast was very abundant and delicious – a traditional German breakfast.
