The location was good The shower was good, plenty of room for two people to use it at the same time. There was a bathtub, but a little to small. I had problems being in there properly.

The rooms build up, there were nothing that aligned with other things. It hurt my head to look at. The tv was all the way at the other end of the room, so you couldn't really use it while in bed. We asked for another cover around 16 and we were told that we needed to wait until tomorrow and ask again. The cover was to small for 2 people to share one. We wanted to celebrate New Years in the room with some wine and champagne, we asked for glasses. We got a straight "NO, it's not possible". When we asked them to arrange a taxi for us to take us to the airport, we got a phone number and was told to do it ourself. The staff doesn't speak English, so it was really hard to communicate with them, lucky my friend speaks a little Korean. When we couldn't book a taxi ourself we needed to ask the staff again. We ended up paying 85.000 won for the taxi and the normal price is around 40.000 won.

Clean and well maintained

Actually we booked because of their pool. After arriving they said we can't able to use pool because of cold weather. Though the temperature was 23-25° Celsius! It was a lame excuse by the way. Also no toothpaste and brushes.

I liked the location. It was very close to a lot of great sightseeing places. It's also not long of a drive to get around the island. Swimming pool is also great if you don't want to swim in the ocean.

I liked everything. There were no inconveniences.

The rooftop pool was fantastic !!!

It was ok for the price

Room was clean and house keeping did a good job cleaning our room daily. The location was ideal and close to restaurants and Olle Market and other attraction sites are easily accessible by car in under an hour's time.

Nothing really. The hotel met all our expectations. We couldn't use the pool due to covid restrictions but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hygiene of the bedding was good.

The connection of Wi-Fi was not so good. So I had much trouble in using Internet.

Safety and cleanliness

I don't like the room location there no view at all. When I booked I thought I can have a nice view but no view at all. I am facing a wall.

The breakfast buffet + rooftop were not avaible due to the covid situation (not something that the hotel could influence, so I’m not taking this as minus points)
