Really friendly staff and the apartment was immaculate.

The shower handle was broken and therefore we could therefore not adjust the water temperature and had to have boiling hot showers.

Big apartment with big terrace, close to the center and beach.

There was a quiet but continuous background noise in the bedroom- louder if the cupboard was opened, so probably something beyond the owners control, however we did find it disturbing at night. curtains don’t stop the light, sleep mask recommended

The Apartment "Casa del Cisne" is very spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. We found in the kitchen everything we needed to prepare our dinner. The parking space is spacious and close to the accommodation. There are several grocery stores nearby where you can buy everything you need. Upon arrival we were greeted by the host to hand over the keys.The host was very kind and gave us all the clarifications we needed. I definitely recommend this accommodation.

Bath towels are a little worn.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Cisne. The hosts were very nice, right on time, and gave a thorough tour. The apartments are spacious and well appointed. With comfortable beds and soft linens, we slept well. We rented the Studio Balcony and Deluxe Apartment for a family visit. Plenty of room to gather around the table and share a meal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook (but the nearby food options are excellent too!). Convenient secure parking was very helpful, as street parking in the neighborhood is hard to get. We’d be happy to stay here again if we find ourselves in Zandvoort!

Great location very easy walk to village

Location

The location is great, really close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the train station. The apartment is very well maintained, with a nice garden. My daughter loved playing in the garden, and we ended up spending a lot of time there. The kitchen is pretty well-equipped. The host is great, very accommodating. Check-in was super smooth and the same for the check-out process. Would definitely stay again.

The bed seemed a little small. Although the additional sofa bed was quite comfortable.

We really liked our stay here. The place is so much bigger than our impression in the pictures. It has a great kitchen with everything you could need, lovely dinning area and a very spacious living room with a gigantic sofa bed. It has a smart TV with Apple TV which is a very nice touch. The bedroom is also very spacious, with a comfortable bed, wardrobe and and closet, and a small TV. The barroom is ver nice and well-distributed. Something that caught our attention is the beautiful materials the whole house is made of. The floors, tables, chairs, bathroom, everything has a good taste and of lovely woods. Elijah, the owner, was also very nice and friendly. Finally, the apartment has a big terrace yo chill and enjoy the sun :)
