Cindy is a wonderful host! Communication was spot on and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was GREAT!!!! We rented a boat for the week and really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons when we returned from fishing. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked most every night). Location was great (Nice sunset views from the front porches). I highly recommend this property!!!

This vacation was everything we had hoped. The location was excellent, the house was everything we expected and the pool was a relaxing spot to enjoy some family time. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect, easy access to enjoy plenty of time on the water fishing and snorkeling. The house had plenty of room for us all to spread out for some quiet time or gather together for movie night and games. Thank you for a memorable trip in your beautiful home. We were pleasantly surprised to have an excellent dinner at the key colony inn restaurant on our last night on the island.

We’ve been to Key Colony multiple times. This was the perfect home for our group. We had kids of multiple ages, utilized the dock by renting a boat, the pool was clean, the house was updated, had quality bedding, furniture, appliances, etc. Cindy was very available for anything we needed. Would rent again!

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. We especially enjoyed spending time by the pool.

All around great experience. Comfortable beds, convenient location, beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us. Cindy was so easy to work with and very attentive to anything we needed..( which wasn’t much as the house was perfect ). We would rent here again!

As other reviewers have mentioned, the layout of this house is great and our group of 6 adults found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked; we cooked in almost every night. The street is quiet and the dock access made our boating easy. Very nice stay.

We had an amazing week at this house! It had everything we needed for our group of 10 - extended family aged 5 to 80. We fished and kayaked from the dock, saw a sting ray and a manatee swim by, played in the pool multiple times a day, watched sunsets from the upstairs porch, walked and jogged around the neighborhood, enjoyed big meals together on the back deck. And the location was perfect for accessing snorkel and fishing trips, and exploring state parks like Bahia Honda and Curry Hammock. Cindy was helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside was having to leave at the end of the week.

There were 8 of us (4 couples, all family). Plenty of room in the house. We enjoyed the pool. We brought our boat (34' Cape Horn) and enjoyed having it there to go fishing and cruising all around the islands. Awesome vacation!!

We had a wonderful visit to Key Colony! The home was exactly as pictured and truly a luxury property! The location on the water was amazing along with the dock area. We used every square inch of the property and enjoyed it all! Great kitchen with everything needed. Comfortable beds, great ceiling fans. Spacious bathrooms and the garage was perfect to store things! The home was beautifully set up! Will for sure return!

My family stayed here. It was our first trip to Marathon. We brought our boat and had plenty of room to dock. House was super clean and just as described. Any questions we had were met with an immediate response. Cant wait to go back!

Gorgeous house with a nightly view of the sunset in the front yard. The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was pristine and just a wonderful stay. Easy access by water and the canal was wide enough to spin even a 43 foot boat. If you are thinking about reserving, don’t hesitate one minute- go for it. Thank you

We had a chef come in and cook for us in the beautiful kitchen. We had lots of family game nights at the card table. It was the perfect house for our vacation. I would highly recommend it.

We had beautiful weather. The house is beautiful with a wonderful heated salt water pool we enjoyed everyday. Manager Cindy was amazing and very attentive. At the pier we had a visiter manatee come it was got some great pictures . Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was Christmas Eve and she got back to us within 90 minutes of us checking in. Water issue was addressed. Beds very comfortable as well as the pull out sofa. Loved the large dining table so we could all eat dinner together. A few things we would have expected from a home that was quite expensive. Extra pillows, more than a total of 2 wash clothes and 5 pool towels (property manager did bring us more), since there are no comforters on beds due to Covid we wish we had extra blankets as it got chilly at night, and finally thought bath towels are lower grade (not very soft at all). Neighbors were very kind. Met a few of them on our nightly walks. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the front yard. After the year our family had with loss and cancer, it was a great way to spend the holiday.

Absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautiful. Everything you need is right there. We already plan to stay again next year. Do not hesitate to rent this property. You will not be disappointed!
