This was beachfront accommodation with stunning sea views and only a 15 minute walk from the town centre. A lovely beach on the doorstep.
The room was a little on the 'wee' size, but the lighting was the biggest problem. I don't know what wattage the bulb was, but it was definitely on the low side and there was no light above the sink. Reading at night was difficult.

My stay was fantastic. Tony and Amanda are exceptionally good hosts. Very personable and helpful. Breakfast is very nice, great selection and quality. Room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Guesthouse is situated in a great location, right beside the seafront and a short walk away from Claremont pier and plenty of cafes, restaurants, shops etc. close by. Excellent value for money and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent welcome at the Coventry guesthouse. Breakfast was superb, with anything you wanted. All freshly cooked and piping hot.Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot water. Location on the front made getting around easy. Parking outside was free. We enjoyed the local facilities. We felt really looked after.

Ideal location near to the beach and promenade. Room was very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard.
Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order. Tony and Amanda were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others.

This b&b is in a great location on the sea front. With a bedroom at the front you can hear the sea!
The breakfast is great, the hosts helpful and friendly.
There is a kettle in your room and a TV.
The bathroom was clean and had shower gel and shampoo.
It's not the hosts fault, but noisy neighbours were annoying!
My bed had a plastic mattress cover, and it made for hot and sweaty sleeping.

Thank you so much for very welcoming us. We had certainly enjoyed staying at lovely The Coventry Guest House. Beach 🏖️ is in front. Plenty places to eat out. Owner cook beautiful full English breakfast! Highly recommended if you plan to come to Lowestoft,

I had actually booked this kind of last minute, as the property we originally booked with didn't respond to our enquiry re: ground floor accommodation within 24 hours and I was concerned about cancellation fees. So I cancelled and I'm glad we did.
Amanda and Tony are wonderful hosts, very attentive. My husband and I have mobility issues which they were happy to accommodate and we appreciated it.
Tony remembers your breakfast order from one day to the next, which is a lovely touch. Room is a good size, bed is soft but comfortable. Reasonable price considering it was last minute.
The room was a little cold for us but it's just one of those personal preferences. We did feel a little warmer by the second night. It wasn't great weather when we went so that didn't help.

we had a beautiful large sea view room with all the amenities also, bonus for me, they have a parkrun in front they accommodated times for breakfast I could do parkrun and they accommodated our daughter and grandson much earlier then expected,

This was a perfect location to enjoy being in Lowestoft. The sea views from our comfortable bedroom were stunning.
Amanda and Tony were excellent hosts and made us very welcome.
We will definitely choose to stay here next time we are in Lowestoft.

A fabulous traditional BnB ,Tony and Amanda were great hosts very friendly and nothing was too much for them.The cooked breakfast in the morning was superb .Would definitely stay there again .Also gave me a free upgrade to a larger room downstairs bed very comfortable and very quiet.. ..
