Unfortunately only one lift to service the unit complex.

Hot water system on level 10 is unsatisfactory

The room size was good for two of us. Located well in the area of Canelands and the River.

Bed was very hard. Prefer the choice of a Mattress Topper which apparently was not available.

Absolutely Disgusting!!!! The smell of the entire floor due to cooking! Our room had the smell coming through the air conditioning. The fridge had opened milk and was spilt throughout, also milk all over the fridge handle, The Balcony had not been cleaned or mopped as y he re was sticking ice-cream drips everywhere, my feet were black!!!! The Yellow chairs outside were black stained. The shower had ZERO water pressure, The bedding was DIRTY!!!!!!! Who ever owns or PRETENDS to clean the premises needs to be eliminated!!!!! FILTH For $220 a night!! DISGRACEFUL!!
