Dispute the negatív things this place could be extremely good. If the owner would not just extract the money and watch the details this would be 10 points appartment. It is calm, has a style, big terrace, we could spend more time here if they would take care. The beds were really comfortable, although the bedrooms have no windows which could be positive due to the outside heat.The center is 3-5 mins walking distance and a supermarket is nearby.

The pictures are old and the flat is battered.Chairs are broken, tiles are dirty,in the bathroom they put laminated flooring which is completely broken already due to wet and not hygenic.The toilette was dipping and loud sound came from the pipes. No soap, cleaning tools.The kitchen was not equipped, barerly had plates or glasses and they installed the fridge that you cannot use because the shelfs just under eachother nothing fits in there. No basic supplements, like sugar,flour. The terrace was dirty we had to clean and all the plants died already,sad ambience. The view was not the same as on the pictures as a dried out tree fully hide the etna. It was clear that our money is not invested at all, not even the cleaning was correct and details were missed totaly for a very good host. The wifi was very weak, like on the terrace you cannot use at all.

Host is very helpful and fast responsive to messages.

We had a garage to put our rental car which is amazing given difficult it can be to get a park in Taormina.

It could use a refresh. It’s a little tired and some things need fixing like the hole in the living room window and the missing key for the inner apartment door.

It is not often that the pictures match the reality. The view from the veranda overlooking Mt Etna was uninterupted and stunning.

Perhaps a little more attention to the shower curtain to stop water running over the floor, but this is a very small detail

Perfect! It was very spacious, wonderful rooms and just a very nice apartment. Just a couple of minutes walking down to the centre. We really enjoyed the views!

Everything was good.

The residence is spacious and provides ample space even for a largish group. We were 2 families consisting of 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone had his own privacy both when it came to bedrooms and bathrooms. The host, Francesca, was very helpful and also provided us with some fresh milk, water and a bottle of wine, which is very thoughtful. The place is kept clean and supplied with crisp linen and towels. The view from the balcony is lovely.

The residence needs some updating and maintenance as there are quite some aspects that need refreshing. Since Taormina is all terraced, one must keep in mind that there are quite some steps and uphill street to get to the property. This might be of concern when traveling with young children. However we resorted to getting a taxi when we felt too tired to walk it back up, so not much of an issue there. However it's pretty close to the centre and amenities.

Great location, friendly staff, nice terrace with beautiful view. Central but not noisy, restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Parking conveniently located. Nice decoration.

Shower was blocked (water would not drain). Photos on line seem better than the reality. No hot water the first morning but this was very quickly resolved by Francesca.

Great location. Great views and a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from the main central area. Very responsive to some issues caused by the weather. That's what I call great customer service.
