I didn't get breakfast the coffee in the room was enough
I didn't know where reception was because I came after hours

The hotel is centrally located and the underground parking is great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. It was a very pleasant stay.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Good location in town with parking onsite. Great to have the bar next door. They made good coffee in the morning too!
Just a few little things - the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. Drinking glasses in the room had fingerprints on them. The air freshener scent throughout the hotel was a bit strong.

Well appointed and comfortable room. We could work, relax and enjoyed a very comfortable and quiet sleep.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I love that the hotel was very fragrant, it added comfort. The room was very clean and comfortable, too.
Probably just the pillows, they were too soft and uncomfortable for our necks.

Really friendly staff on check-in. Great size room, nice and clean.
Didn't love the area but it was a stopover for us on the way back from lakes entrance.

Under cover parking in a downpour was welcome
the ability to get a lovely coffee and meal in the downstairs cafe was fabulous
the smell in reception was very comforting
the furnishings were really lovely
the rooms were spacious
it was a pleasure to bring my elderly mum away for the weekend to see her family in warragul in such lovely comfort
