The hotel is perfect with a rooftop for breakfast with beautiful view of the mountains. There are several common spaces per floor where you can relax.
Good communication with Roxanne.
The location is perfect - walkable from the main square.
Since it's near a main road, it can be a bit noisy. But that didn't bother us.

We were the only guests due to demonstrations, yet Roxanna was always there, served excellent breakfasts and catered to our every need.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast included.
The acoustic of the place is not it's best attribute - if you are on the 3rd floor, you can listen to breakfast preparations very early in the morning (breakfast happens on the 4th floor) and also to some other guests chatting/coughing.

Very cute hallway and also eating breakfast on the roof surrounded by 3 mountains/volcanoes is awesome.

Beds are sooooo uncomfortable. The room was very cold and it smelled like sewer. Maybe it was just my room. The hotel itself is cute but they don't give conditioner, just shampoo. The hair drier overheats quick, so took a while to dry my hair.

The location is superb, at end of the lane, there is a really bakery masamama. pleasant walk to plaza de armes from hotel.

Good location.
It was terribly cold in May in the room, while it was really hot outside. We were literally freezing, first time in many years I had to sleep in clothes. Sound insulation is non existent, you will hear everyone and everything 24/7. Cleaning ladies start making noise at about 7 AM, so get ready to wake up early. I would not stay here again.

Location is prime and staff was friendly and allowed us to early check in as we arrived at 5am. Good value.

Really good location in a safe and quiet area away from all the tourist fuss. Helpful and polite staff. They helped my friend when she had altitude sickness. Made a lunch box to us when we were going to Colca Canyon. Nice breakfast.
Mattres was hard as a brick and it gets quite cold in the rooms.

This was a great find on a quiet, narrow street which seemed almost European. The breakfast was good--a buffet with eggs freshly made upon request.

Attention! They try to charge more for the room and trick you when you pay (payment via booking is not possible)! Be careful which amount they type into their payment device.
The shower was completely blocked and thus the bathroom smelled like canal.
The most uncomfortable bed we had in Peru.

Super view from rooftop - breakfast is therefore great and really good. Room is nice. Hotel is not far away from city center.
