It is a well situated apartment for Porto Colon and Playa Fanabe. There are two pools, plus a children's pool. We were there in October and there were always sun loungers available. The apartment itself is in very good order and has all the facilities you require. We were met on arrival with the keys and on checking out, the owner arrived at the time requested and our deposit was returned.

Only down side to the stay, was the rest of the complex is looking a little tired. Not sure but I think it was a hotel complex at one point but now appears to have people either doing long term rentals or owners living there full time, not an issue but you don't get the usual holiday feel. Not a big issue but having stayed at both Sunset Harbour and Sunset Bay, both nearby they have nicer communal area's.

We liked the location of the property. Personally, I was totally impressed by the interior as others mentioned it in their reviews. It created such a nice atmosphere in the property. Our host was great, no problems at all. Property was well-equipped, sugar, oil in the cupboard. Host provided a glass of wine and a can of beer as a welcome gesture. Property is located in a quiet area, only rubbish collection was noisy some days early in the morning. Loads of towels provided for showers and beach towels as well. Not particularly property-related but we only found out on our last but one day that there were loads of used books at the reception (we took a side gate most of the time), which were free to take or exchange :)

Maybe, provide more toilet rolls for longer stays (we had two or three rolls for three of us for 12 days).

The apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean and really finished to a high standard, there was everything in the apartment you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay

No British TV, although there was YouTube. Apart from that you couldn’t fault this apartment.

Perfect location with beautiful beaches nearby, nice terrace where you can eat, new kitchen and bathroom. Mr Oleg is very friendly and willing to help with everything.

Maybe an extra blanket would be nice :)

Arrived for checkin was met by owner showed us to apartment ,very clean , had everything you need for a holiday was even left a bottle of water and a bottle of wine . Will definitely book again was close to bars and restaurants and in the area we love

Property was spotless, everything you would need was supplied and the air con was fantastic. Very comfortable. Oleg, the host, was very professional and couldn’t ask any more of him.
